HRD & GA Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Law
• Maks. 40 years old
• Min. 7 years experience in HR Area within 4 years as a HRD Manager 
• Have a good knowledge in HRD & GA Practice (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation, Payroll, Personal Administration, Labor Law, etc)
• Good Leadership, Positive Mindset, honest, effective communication skill & result oriented
• Able to work underpressure
• Fluent in English (Both oral & written)

Training & People Development Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology (Preferably Master Degree from Psychology/Psycholog)
• Maks. 35 years old
• Min. 8 years experience in People Develoment Area with at least 3 years as a People Development Manager
• Good understanding in Compentecy Process & Development Employee
• Able to create Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Human Asset Value Map Concept
• Good leadership, communication skill, able to work uderpressure & result oriented
