Warehouse Officer
Responsibilities
- Analyze the design layout and management of warehouse space, in order to be effective and optimal use of warehouse
- Analyze plan material requirements in warehouse stock HO, in order to prevent overstock
- Analyze the process of transit of material distribution and material stock HO to the jobsite, and representative offices, so that the process of distribution / delivery of material goes well and according to the lead time
- Analyze the cost of transportation parts, lubricant, and tire the entire jobsite, so that transportation costs do not exceed budget
- Analyze the entire jobsite warehouse infrastructure standards, in order to have a standardized warehouse owned company
- Analyze the warehouse management system, diataranya:
- Preparation of the goods in the warehouse
- Procedures receipts and expenditures
- System binning
- Allocation and distribution of tire stock
- Loading and unloading of goods
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Economics or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Risk Specialist
Responsibilities
- Establish risk management annual workplan
- Prepare, develop and review Rules and Regulations/SOP of Risk Management
- Facilitate SBU for Risk Management approaches and awareness
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain Risk Management process, including Risk register review and held communications between insurance providers and subsidiaries
- Implement a Risk Management Assessment and helping Auditor to enable Board of Directors to know and take action regarding each company’s risk profile
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

It Auditor
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to developing current IT policies and procedures based on COBIT (IT Risk and control Assessment, IT governance and IT compliance Review ) including its implementation.
- Plan and conduct audit to IT-related processes and internal controls implementation
- Familiar with SAP and conduct audit to ERP (SAP) Post Implementation.
