Purchasing Staff

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Understanding of contract agreements, procurement plans and development and execution of projects.
• Understanding warehouse process and supply management is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Communication & negotiation skills, high integrity, honest and can work under pressure.
• Responsible and willing to work overtime to meet the deadline.

Tax Superintendent

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with PPN and PPH 15, 21, 23.
• Able to prepare SPT and maintain E-SPT.
• Used to prepare financial statements.
• Posses Brevet certificate (A, B, C).
• Having good knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulation.
• Computer literate including accounting program.
• Up to date about Taxation policies and problems.
• Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to work in a team.
• Must be honest, active, excellet organizational skill and ability to determine priorities.
• Self motivated and be capable of working under pressure and have ability to meet deadlines
• Preferably Superintendent / Supervisor specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

Legal Corporate

Requirements

• Female, Single.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having a good understanding of capital market regulations.
• Having an experience of working in a prominent corporate law firm or public company would be an advantage.
• Having the experience to organize general shareholders meeting and public expose, also reviewing annual report.
• Having good relation with the government, notary, lawyer, and other third parties.
• Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written.
• Diligent, great attention to detail, good initiative, have a good sense to find issues and problem solving skills.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
