Lowongan Kerja Pertambangan Organization Development Superintendent PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle battery. We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following position:

 

Organization Development Superintendent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development.
  • Strong understanding of Organization Design, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Competency Management, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, and HR Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

  • Review and evaluate organizational structure and propose changes aligned with business needs and company strategy.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions, conduct job analysis and job evaluation, and ensure alignment of job grading with company policy.
  • Develop and maintain the competency dictionary, competency matrix, and competency gap analysis, and support employee competency assessments.
  • Manage the Performance Management System (KPI), monitor KPI implementation and performance reviews, and prepare organizational performance achievement reports.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes, manage Nine Box Matrix and talent mapping, and identify high-potential talent for further development.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity analysis, provide process improvement recommendations, and oversee change management implementation.
  • Develop and update HR Organization Development policies, SOPs, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with business needs and applicable regulations.
  • Manage organizational data (manpower, turnover, talent), develop HR Analytics dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
