Job Title: Service Engineer Mechanical 1

Location: Jakarta

Main Responsibilities:

1. Independently execute Field Service activities such as overhaul, repair and trouble shooting.
2. Identify failures, making adjustments, trial runs and testing of complete installations according to instructions.
3. Check and adjust relevant systems (i.e. auxiliary, propulsion)
4. Provide internal and external work reports according to Wärtsilä standards.
5. Collect and organize time and expense reports. Reporting and informing administrative personnel as required.
6. Supervise the tasks performed by Wärtsilä employees and subcontractors.
7. Perform pre-commissioning and start-ups of Wärtsilä engines.
8. Promote Wärtsilä Products and Services.
9. To perform OpExS procedure within area of responsibility.
10. Fully implement FS IM tools PSM (FS apps)

Job Specification :

• Indonesia nationality only
• Ready to travel all around Indonesia and or overseas
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering
• Understand Wartsila engine will be advantaged
• Around 3 - 5 years experience in similar job

 

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Pomalaa

Location: Pomalaa – South East Sulawesi

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and operate the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan.
2. Identify and locate all existing sensors and transmitters of engines and auxiliary equipment as well as test and substitute them if necessary.
3. Carry out inspections of all electrical equipment and take corrective actions when needed.
4. Comply with all safety regulations (including isolation, lock out and tag out) and perform emergency procedures in order to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.
5. Ensure that the working area, machines, auxiliary equipment’s and tools are kept in good and clean condition.
6. Identify and correct electrical related abnormalities of the engines and plant auxiliaries.
7. Create work reports according to guidelines.

Job Specification :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering
• Understand Wartsila engine will be advantaged
• Around 3 - 5 years experience in similar job

 

Job Title: Business Development Manager, Life Cycle

Location: Jakarta

In this position, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Act as lead negotiator and deal closer in agreement and service project opportunities.
• Responsible for supporting the regional sales organisations in agreement and complex service project opportunities.
• Responsible for agreement and service project structure, cost calculations, offer/contract drafts and all submittals to the customer
• Ensure the contract quality (commercial, technical, risk, compliance etc) Carry out proper risk analysis and ensure that risks are appropriately managed
• Plan and manage all sales actions related to agreement and service project sales and coordinate required sales activities internally
• Turn validated leads into won deals for both new and existing customers for agreements & service projects
• Collaborate closely with BDM, Sales, BDM, Commercial, Agreement Managers, Account Managers, Contract Management
• Identify customer and local market (including competition) trends and product/business (improvement) ideas to provide input to Energy Services
• Ensure and update CRM data and the data quality for opportunities within own responsibility
• Conduct agreement & service project sales training in the Areas Report sales results and developments of plans and activities to Energy Services
• Act as Proposal Leader / Proposal Team Leader when needed (separate supporting role)

Job Specification :

As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have broad business perspective and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience in an international business environment, in addition to a university level degree in business or engineering. We expect you to also have a proven track record of successfully implementing agreement and service project sales. Having a solid market and industry understanding in addition to good communication and networking skills, decisiveness and action orientation, are considered as a huge benefit.
