Texcal Mahato EP Limited, an operator of onshore PSC in Indonesia, require highly qualified individual to join our Jakarta team as bellow;

 

Position: HR Manager

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Management or Psychology
2. have experience for minimum 3 years in upstream oil & gas industry for PSC
3. Fluent spoken and written English
4. Having knowledge and experience regarding the PTK 018/SKKMAOOOO/2018/S0 will be advantage,
5. Having knowledge on fiR se'ctor such as; Recruitment, Assessment, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan,
6. BP JS Kesehatan, Report to Government, Employee Contract, RPTK, RPTKA, etc
7. Having a good relation and knowledge with SKK Migas, Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration and Government and related to Human Resources
8. Proficient in windows and Ms. Office
9. Detail oriented, good communication skill, honest, strong responsibility and ability to work in a Team

 

Position: Personal Assistant plus Indonesian Language Teacher to GM

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
2. Have experience for minimum 3 years asassistant of Expatriate
3. Have experience as Indonesian language Teacher for Expatriate and patience to teach
4. Speak and writing English fluently Fluent spoken and written English
5. Capable to Assist GM with arrangement and translation both business and personal
6. Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, events and daily schedules and also take dictation of Minutes of Meeting
7. Have excellence skills in travel arrangements
8. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
9. Assist Ad-hoc administrative task as required
10. Detail oriented, good communication skill, honest, strong responsibility and ability to work in a team

 

Position: Budget & Cost Control

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor Degree in Accountant
• Having minimum 3 years' experience in Budget and Cost Control background in oil and gas
• industry espeCially in PSC.
• Having good understanding of Work Program & Budget and AFE process
• Having knowledge about PTK007, PTK 038 and PTK 039 is an advantage
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Familiar with accounting software especially accurate software
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Detail oriented and ability to work as part of team and on own initiative
