DOCUMENT HANDLING

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any major
• Fresh Graduate
• Having a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in general, especially Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
• Ms. Excel proficiency, especially: Macro, Pivot, VLookUp, and other formulas
• Proficient in English
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Having an effective, efficient and communicative mindset
• Energetic and having a good logical & analytical skill

 

SECRETARY

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from Business Communication, Secretary, English Literature, Administration or other relevant subjects
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English
• Having a very good knowledge of Ms. Office (advance in Ms. Excel)
• Having capability to handle filling and administration

 

IT SUPPORT

Qualification:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT major
• 1-2 years experiences (previously working in EPC/oil & gas services/contractor or OJT/On Job Training will be an advantage)
• Able to handle PC Hardware and end user supporting
• Able to handling IT inventory, asset system and warehouse
• Able to handle PC Hardware and end user supporting
• Familiar with Office 365 and Windows 10
• Good communication and team work
• Proficient in English

 

PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 5 years (total) experience, 3 years  as a Project Engineer, with 2 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, and construction projects is preferable
• Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow
• Understand the EPC work execution plan
• Familiar with multi discipline Engineering product
• Competent to coordinate multi discipline work
• Comprehend ITB requirement
• Proficient in English

 

Sr. PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 9 years (total) experience, 6 years  as a Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, with 4 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activity.
• Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow
• Competent to establish the EPC work execution plan
• Familiar with multi Discipline Engineering Product
• Familiar with Hazop & Hazid review and procedure
• Comprehend ITB/ITT, contract review & scope of work review
• Proficient in English

 

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

(Fresh Graduate)

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Proficient in English
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project and related software)
• Power System preparation in ETAP for Load Flow, short circuit and motor starting is preferable.
• Familiar with electrical design and equipment such as Power Generation, Switchgear , UPS, etc...
• Strong capability with schedule and design quality control.
• Good leadership and capable to work in one project team
• Able to work in remote area (project site)

 

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 Years experiences in EPC oil and gas, petrochemical, power plant, etc
• Proficient in English
• Understanding the International code and standard such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
• Understanding electrical philosophy in design (system and construction design).
• Power System preparation and analysis in ETAP for Load Flow, short circuit and motor starting, Transient Study, Harmonic, power factor correction is preferable.
• Familiar in usage general Microsoft office.
• Working with responsibilities preparing and review specification, datasheet, load list, requisition, technical bid evaluation, calculation, BM & BQ, review drawing, vendor document.
• Understanding electrical equipment testing and inspection including in Pre-/commissioning stage.
• Strong capability with schedule and design quality control.
• Capable to work in one project team
• Lead Engineer experience is preferable.
• Construction Work experience is preferable
• Able to work in remote area (project site)

 

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Qualification:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experience in EPC oil and gas, petrochemical project, Power Plant, etc..
• Proficient in English
• Familiar with the International code and standard such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA
• Well known electrical basic philosophy in design (Construction design)
• Familiar with Electrical construction design specification and drawing software such as 2D Auto Cad, 3D model (SP3D, PDS, PDMS)
• Familiar to use general Microsoft office
• Strong mind with schedule and design quality
• Able to work in remote area (project site)
• Capable to work in one project team.
• Working with responsibilities of preparing Construction Drawing, design calculation (Lighting, cable sizing, grounding) and Construction specification
• Construction Work experience as supervisor or inspector is preferable

 

PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as Piping Material Engineer in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and industrial project
• Willing to be assigned at site
• Able to review ITB specification
• Able to prepare Material Take Off (MTO)
• Able to prepare Requisition for Quotation (RFQ)
• Able to prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
• Able to perform vendor document review
• Able to prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Understand piping component from bulk materials, valves and piping specialties
• Understand grades of material commonly used in piping components; from carbon steel until nickel alloys
• Proficient in English

 

PIPING STRESS ENGINEER

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Piping Stress Engineer in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and industrial project.
• Able to perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR-II software.
• Capable and experienced to perform evaluation for nozzle load in both Rotary and Static Equipment (I.e. compressor in accordance with API617, Pressure Vessel, Tower, API 650 Pump, etc.) .
• Having experience in Piping Support selection, Loading information to other Department and review vendor document.
• Proficient in English

 

INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Fresh graduate
• Bachelor Degree in Physics / Electrical Engineering
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Familiar in usage general Microsoft office.
• Capable to work in one project team
• Proficient in English both verbal and written

 

IT ENGINEER

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT
• Min. 2 years experience
• Experience with:
• - General IT Software
• - Ms SQL / Oracle Basic / Medium Skill
• - Ms Visual Basic / .Net / Macro Basic / Medium Skill
• Experience in EPC Company or Oil & Gas related
• Experience in engineering 2D / 3D s/w (Integraph, Aveva, Bentley)
• Proficient in English
