Archi Group is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

 

 

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR  (CODE : ES-II/19)

Location : Toka Tindung

The electrical Supervisor will undertake Coordinating Crews, delegating tasks, Monitoring and supervising the crew  on tasks implemented  are done safely and  in time frame.

Electrical Supervisor will assume specific responsibilities as relieve General Foreman  when he is on leave. Electrical Supervisor is an On call position and could be called out any time when ever required. This position may be a rotating shift or permanent dayshift position.

Duties:

• Maintain personal tools in good condition at all times.  Take good care of all tools borrowed from the tool store and return in good condition.
• Ensure that the equipment and tools necessary to perform allocated work are present and in good condition including site toolboxes, prior to start of work.
• Identify improvements in standard work procedures for rebuild and repair work orders.
• Bring to the electrical foreman’s attention particular tasks where training or training documentation is deficient and requires improvement
• Communicate effectively with other electrical and instrumentation team members.

Requirements:

1. Recognized certification on  Electrical & Instrument  and  PLCs;
2. At least 5 (Five) years in a mining or similar environment;
3. Has Certificate of Electrical Technician Competency from BNSP and K3Listrik from Manpower Department;
4. Has POP certificate;
5. Competent with MS Software;
6. Has additional related courses to trade discipline;
7. Has worked in mining industry or building industry;
8. Has used maintenance package software previously;
9. Able to demonstrate the awareness on corporate safety & environmental.

 

MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL WRITER  (CODE : MTW-II/19)

Location : Toka Tindung

The Technical Writer will be part of a group that will be responsible for Planner Supervision job, for maintained the hazard report and incident report in

Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for all maintenance department section to comply with the safety standard in PT. MSM and PT.TTN.

Duties:

• Produce SOP for Mechanical,Electrical, Rigging & General activity/works.
• Identify improvements the SOP if they have changes the safety rule.
• Coordination with Supervisor every section and Safety Department for improve the SOP.
• Mentor and assist apprentices assigned to the all Member Maintenance Department.
• Communicate effectively with Training Facilitator if they any training must done for implementation the new SOP.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered.  Some of this experience must have been in a supervisory role;
• Have experience make a SOP for maintenance process plant;
• Exposure to the field of maintenance management would be well regarded;
• Has additional related courses to trade discipline;
• Able to speak & write in English;
• Consistent under pressure;
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word;
• Posses Driver’s license
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

MAINTENANCE TRAINING FACILITATOR  (CODE : MTF-II/19)

Location : Toka Tindung

The Training Facilitator will be part of a group that will be responsible for Planner Supervision job, for maintained the training for all maintenance department member to comply there skill base on training matrix already approve by Maintenance Manager.

Duties:

• Prepared the training master schedule base on training matrix already approve by Maintenance Manager
• Organize the training for Maintenance Mechanical, Electrical, Rigging, Planner, Project
• Prepare Training Budget for all section
• Write summary reports of findings and recommendations on plant repairs

Requirements :

• At least 10 years engineering experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining, but construction and other heavy industries including oil and gas, cement or manufacturing would be considered.  Some of this experience must have been in a supervisory role;
• Have experience for maintenance process plant trainer;
• Exposure to the field of maintenance management would be well regarded;
• Has additional related courses to trade discipline;
• Able to speak & write in English;
• Consistent under pressure;
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word;
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
