1. Turbine Leader (Code : TBL PA5 )

  1. Superior/User : Maintenance Mechanical Manager.
  2. Subordinate : Maintenance Staff.
  3. Education : Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Eng., Naval Eng.
  4. Working Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level in Power Generation, especially Steam Turbine and rotating equipment.
  5. Preparation of maintenance plans for the Steam Turbine & it’s Auxiliary systems, Condensate & Feedwater systems for mechanical scope of work based on Annual Budget and Operating Plan.
  6. Monitoring and controlling of maintenance performance in terms of minimizing down time, optimizing the costs, performing effective maintenance tasks, and continuously improving competency of maintenance team.
  7. Support in developing equipment criticality assessments for prioritizing the maintenance activities and determination of necessary spare parts.
  8. Analyze any defect and or abnormality report of the equipment to determine any corrective maintenance required to be taken.
  9. Managing the team in order to improve maintainability of the equipment.
  10. Close coordination with Engineering Department in relation to the PdM activities.
  11. Close coordination with Engineering Department in relation to the recertification of Plant’s worthiness or other recertification required by authorized institutions.
  12. Monitoring and supervision of third-party contractor activities as required during outages and exceptional maintenance activities.
  13. Provide and encourage time to time development of team’s knowledge and skill.
  14. Computer Skill, basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word, MS-Project), knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO) would be advantageous.

 

2. BOP Leader (Code : BOPL PA5 )

3. BOP Mechanical Supervisor (Code : BOPMS PA5 )

  1. Superior/User : BOP Mechanical Leader
  2. Subordinate : BOP Mechanical Technicians
  3. Education : Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Eng., (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Turbine /BOP Mechanical Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>400 MW) is encouraged to apply).
  4. Work Experience : Minimum 5 years experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in Power Generation, especially BOP or Turbine and its auxiliary system. Having Mill wright and rotating equipment maintenance skill will be an advantage.
  5. Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to technicians and base on mechanical BOP maintenance procedure and instruction.
  6. Direct supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work.
  7. Collect and keep all data record of repair, testing and measurement result of equipments in BOP Area.
  8. Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to BOP Leader and record it into CMMS work order.
  9. Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies.
  10. Develop of technicians capability and knowledge by technical, safety and non technical training (initial training of newly recruited, general technical, emergency response, first aid, general safety, maintenance procedure, administration procedure etc.)
  11. Maintain work order hardcopy file in database and fulfill work order engineering comment in CMMS.
  12. Support of technician work for fault troubleshooting and analysis to the critical problem in main equipments
  13. Monitor and maintain high standard for BOP maintenance work refer to quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness concern.
  14. Develop BOP maintenance work check sheet and instruction, to be reviewed by his Leader.
  15. Conduct routine daily safety and technical tool box meeting before distribute work order to technicians.
  16. Propose to BOP Leader about some BOP maintenance works plan which to be schedulled and conducted on next outage period.
  17. Propose to BOP Leader about some new critical spare parts to be added and stocked in CMMS database and Store.
  18. Computer Skill, basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word).

 

 

4. BOP Engineer (Code : BOPE PA5 )

  1. Superior/User : Engineering Leader
  2. Subordinate : -
  3. Position Overview : The BOP Engineer supports the Engineering Leader in developing the Plant Equipment Criticality assessment for BOP equipment as the plant systems and technical specialist support personnel. They develop procedures to ensure the long-term plant health through the prudent functionality of the Engineering Department.
  4. Education : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering.
  5. Work Experience : The Boiler Engineer shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services with at least two (2) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.
  6. Participating in the team of plant engineers, in supporting the program in pursuit of plant long-term welfare.
  7. development and generation of necessary procedures covering plant engineering and change management aspects.
  8. writing of plant change scheme specifications, while ensuring the application of effective codes and standards.
  9. executing, monitoring and controlling CM, PM and PdM maintenance items based on plant criticality, in terms of minimizing down time, by proposing effective maintenance tasks.
  10. support of the Maintenance team members in resolving technical deviations and investigating and developing the reports of any incidences.
  11. support with the technical evaluations of tender submissions.

  4. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in power generation, especially Turbine and its auxiliary system.
  5. Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) Work base on CMMS work order issued to technicians and base on mechanical Turbine maintenance procedure and instruction.
  6. Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance work.

  • Main Turbine System (Turbine, Generator, Exciter, Hydrogen, Lube Oil, etc)
  • Turbine Auxilarry system content with following system:
    • Control Valves System (MSV, RSV, ECV, Stop Valve, etc)
    • Dearator, HP Heater, LP Heater, Condenser, Heat Exchanger, etc.
    • All pumps system at Turbine Area: condensate extraction pump, Turbine feed pump, condensate booster pump, etc.
  • Condensate polisher plant and air compressor system.
  • EDG (Emergency Diesel Generator) System.
  • Workshop Machine Equipment.

 

 

6. Turbine Engineer (Code: TBE PA5 )

  1. Superior/User : Engineering Leader
  2. Subordinate : -
  3. Education : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in mechanical engineering.
  4. Work Experience : The Turbine Engineer shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing mechanical engineering services with at least two (2) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.

  3. Education : Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Eng., Naval Eng. (Senior Technical High School with Experiences more than 10 years as Boiler Mechanical Technicians in large capacity of Coal Fired Power Station (>400 MW) is encouraged to apply).
  4. Work Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience at mechanical maintenance supervisory level or senior Technicians in Power Generation, especially Boiler pressure parts & it’s auxiliary, Pulverizers and rotating equipment.
  5. Perform and Supervise all Preventive Maintenance (PM) Corrective Maintenance (CM) required base on CMMS work orders and base on mechanical boiler maintenance procedure and instruction.
  6. Carry out coordination to other Departments or sections in Maintenance execution Including emergency work.
  7. Supervise and control quality and safety for contractors during Major Maintenance overhaul or outage work and daily maintenance.
  8. Collect and keep all data record of repair, calibration, test and measurement result of equipments in Boiler Area.
  9. Maintain function test of all of mechanical rotating parts/equipments in Boiler Area as well as standard required.

Area of Responsibility :

  • Boiler and its main equipment including fittings and Hangers, attemperators, safety valves, Sootblowers, Air Heaters, Fans and Blowers, Steam Separator systems;
  • Coal Feeder, Pulverizes and its auxiliary equipment;
  • Main and ignition burners;
  • Diesel oil installation from Tank to Burners;
  • SSCC, ESP and auxiliary equipment
  • Flue and air ducts and Fans included with its dampers system;
  • Auxillary Boiler system;
  • All pipelines around the boiler area.

 

 

8. Boiler Engineer (Code: BLE PA5 )

9. Planning Supervisor (Code: PLS PA5 )

 

  1. Superior/User : Planning Leader
  2. Subordinate : -
  3. Education : Degree (S1) or Diploma (D-3) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  4. Work Experience : The Engineering Staff shall have had prior working experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department in providing engineering services with at least three (3) years or equivalent experience and possess the skills to deliver key tasks as mentioned below in the field of thermal power plant, or on chemical or petro plants.
  5. Position Overview : The Planning Supervisor supports the Planning Leader in developing Operating Plan consistent with the PPA and making reports regarding to Operation and Maintenance activity.
  6. Development annual Operating Plan and making reports regarding to O&M activity.
  7. Gathering and organizing the information from Operation group, Jetty & Material group and Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical) group in developing Operating Plan.
  8. Coordinating with Maintenance group and Operation group for development of outage work scopes.
  9. Support with the technical evaluations of outage work and modifications tender submissions.
  10. Provide plant condition monitoring, recording and analysis reporting.
  11. Establishing processes collecting, storing and maintaining the Intellectual Property library effectively.
  12. Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word and MS-Project), and Computerised Maintenance Management System (MAXIMO).

 

10. C&I Engineer (Code: CE PA5 )

  5.
