Position Title: Senior Process Engineer ISBL Licensed Units - JKT

 

  • At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
  • Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
  • Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  • Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
  • Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery (especially RFCC Plant, hydro treating, alkylation, isomerization, reforming, hydrogen plant, hydrocracking plant, SRU)
  • Has Experience in engineering design for major Process Plant
  • Has Experience as Lead Process Engineer
  • Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
  • American Petroleum Institute (API),
  • American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
  • Instrument Society of American (ISA),
  • American Society of Testing Material (ASTM),
  • American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
  • Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification in refinery
  • Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Process System with a high level of quality.
  • Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest process simulation software i.e HYSYS/Pro II/Flare Net) applicable to such designs
  • Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
  • Has a good medical record
  • Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

Position Title: Process Engineer ISBL Non Licensed Unit - JKT

 

  • At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
  • Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
  • Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  • Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
  • Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Non Licensed Unit (i.e. CDU, SWS, WWTP, Amine Regeneration, etc.)
  • Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
  • American Petroleum Institute (API),
  • American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
  • Instrument Society of American (ISA),
  • American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
  • Has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Process systems and Specification. in gas processing plants and utility facilities
  • Has a proven ability to perform Process engineering include study, calculation in Mechanical System with a high level of quality.
  • Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (process simulation i.e HYSYS/Pro I I/Flare Net, design engineering software, etc.)
  • Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
  • Has a good medical record
  • Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

Position Title: Assurance Officer - Balikpapan

  • Key support to quality team with administration of various reports, records and data. Collation of data and records from the field activities and able to develop into reporting template for project deliverable. Capable of developing presentation slide packs for reporting quality management statistics and reviews.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate in English. Commitment to customer service and ability to assist others in applying knowledge and understanding in solving functional problems within area of expertise. Ability to maintain confidential information is critical.
  • Undertake general administration activities such as typing, editing of documents as required, registering new documents with document control practices. Support creation of deliverable documents for submission to Owner, plans, procedures, workflows, alerts, reports, presentations, photocopying and distribute records as directed. Assist with organising meetings and conference rooms across various office locations.
  • Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Company and its customers needs.
  • Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment, and assists others with adapting to change.

Required:

  • Proven experience in a business and/or project administration role or closely related fields of engineering office, records management or document control.
  • Understanding of the principles and practice of quality management and the implementation and improvement of data and document management.

Guide:

  • More than 5 years industry experience, including at least 2 year in project quality administration / assurance officer and/or closely related fields of engineering support, records management or document control.

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Secretarial / administration qualifications with records / document management qualifications or equivalent experience.

Position Title: Senior Officer HSSE Risk Management - Balikpapan

 

  1. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering field.
  2. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old.
  3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
  5. Has experience as HSSE Officer in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
  6. Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on HSSE Issues _in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
  7. Has Experience in Performing Construction Sites Safety Management and Establishment of HSSE management plan & procedures
  8. Has experience in HSSE management system
  9. Has experience (certified) in developing of the following HSSE Methodologies and procedure in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater:
    • HAZID (Hazard Identification) study
    • HAZOP (Hazards & Operability) study
    • Fire Risk Analysis / Explosion Analysis
    • SIL(Safety Integrity Level) Study
    • Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
  10. Has experience in performing QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and Project QA Audit in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
  11. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs.
  12. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements
  13. Has a good medical record
  14. Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

Position Title: Senior Planning and Scheduling Engineer – JKT & BPP

  1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
  2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  3. At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
  4. Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
  5. Has been principal engineer responsible for the control of similar projects
  6. Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of Resources and Activity duration on construction projects
  7. Able to determine 3 (three) critical path for each plant and overall project (first, second and third critical path) and always be controlled and discuss to owner if any bias indications.
  8. Has an experience to analyze potential progress behind due to material delay, lack of manpower or low performance and predict impact to end of project schedule and propose suggestion to avoid project schedule delay.
  9. Has ability to prepare and monitor a CPM schedule for the project to identify the resources and time required completing the project.
  10. Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
  11. Has a good medical record

Position Title: Senior Cost Control/Estimating Engineer – JKT & BPP

 

  1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
  2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  3. At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
  4. has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
  5. be able to create estimating data bases from bids
  6. has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
  7. Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
  8. Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
  9. Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
  10. Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

Position Title: Project Reporting Coordinator Refinery - Balikpapan

 

  1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
  2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  3. At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
  4. Has experience in updating and reporting project’s monthly progress (Schedule Level I, Level II, Level III).
  5. Has experience in developing the man power histograms for each project and work location.
  6. Has experience in subcontract and purchase order report.
  7. has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
  8. has been principal engineer responsible for the reporting of similar projects
  9. Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
  10. Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

Position Title: Assistant Manager Change Management - Balikpapan

 

  1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
  2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  3. At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
  4. Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
  5. Has been principal engineer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
  6. Able to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  7. Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  8. Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance
  9. Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  10. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
  11. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
  12. Has a good medical record
  13. Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

Position Title: Document Controller – Balikpapan

5 persons

 

  1. Perform document control services on various projects in accordance with the Company document management systems, controls, processes and procedures. Also, any project specific or other regulatory requirements.
  2. As required, receive, enter, transmit and file project documentation including the Company, client and third party documentation.
  3. Ensure all project documentation is processed, transmitted and filed in accordance with the relevant document management system, and easily be retrieved in an accurate and timely manner.
  4. Ensure all current and relevant documentation is uploaded to the document management system or project websites as required.
  5. Handover, closeout and archive project documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.
  6. Assist with the improvement of the project document control processes and procedures.
  7. Assist with Administration task as and when requires

 

Position Title: Senior Contracts Officer – JKT & BPP

Regional Expatriate is Welcome

  1. At least Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
  2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
  3. At least minimum 5 (five) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
  4. Has experience for providing legal support to company’s business operations with its practical legal advices including advices on regulatory and contractual issues.
  5. Good practical knowledge of Contract Law relating to works, supplies, services, contracts and European Procurement Legislation.
  6. Has experience as on multi-discipline of large scale process and Utility Plants projects
  7. Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction
  8. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
  9. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
  10. Has a good medical record
  11. Fluent in Communication and writing in English
