Sinar Mas Mining is one of the pillars of Sinar Mas which has the largest coal reserves in Indonesia.Principally, we engaged in the explanation, mining and marketing of thermal coal sourced from our coal mining concession areas in East, South and Central Kalimantan, Jambi (a province in Sumatra) and South Sumatra Basin, Indonesia.

We are known as superior and trusted coal supplier with consistent quality to fullfil domestic needs and export to several countries, such as; India, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Spain, and other countries.Our superiority is in the price of coal produced and the lower shipping cost for customers from Asia, compared to coal sourcing from South Africa or Australia. This is due to the mining locations in Indonesia which are geographically advantaged.

Quality Assurance

Job Description :

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study
• Able to do manual testing
• Exp in automation testing is a plus
• Hands on in the integration testing
• Expertise in test case creation
• Experience in mobile and web environment
• 1-3 years experience

Role :

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

 

Full Stack Developer

 

Job Description :

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Role :

• Develop front end website architecture.

Job Description :

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or related field of study
• Know how to do product research methodology
• Able to design for web & mobile application
• Experience in using design tools like photoshop, corel, adobe illustrator, etc
• Good flavor in material slicing
• Have creative mindset and up to date with product trend
• 1-3 years experience

Role :

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

 

Scrum Master

 

Job Description :

• Responsible for creating and onboarding project teams and integrating them into the organization by providing them with a clear vision of the product.
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
• Monitor project progress, provides timely feedback and drives a culture of agility and learning.
• Guide the team in implementing methodology rules to deliver rapid and reliable business products.
• Host daily meetings to get hands-on updates on the project, address potential impediments and link up team activities with the product owner’s wishlist.
• Encourage the use of automated builds and continuous integration, thus improving project efficiency.
