Job Title: FS Coordinator

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Accountabilities :

1. Completeness of the work performed.
2. Time used to perform work order.
3. Cost of the work or Sales & Margin.
4. Quality of the work & Utilisation Rate (UR/IUR).
5. Reporting time & quality.
6. Customer satisfaction / feed back.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Plan & manage FS work activities.
2. Report and follow up on FS resources, WIP, AR.
3. Plan and execute competence development for FS personnel.
4. Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
5. Manage operative daily activities locally within assigned responsibility.
6. Lead and coach personnel within own team.
7. Implement assigned actions in order to meet the set targets.
8. Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders.

Development Responsibilities:

1. To actively participate in the development of Field Service methods and service tools.
2. To follow up safety instructions and environmental aspects.

Job Specification :

• Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience with progressive management experience. (Relevant industry experience is a plus)
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Must have advanced English knowledge and skills
