We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

 

Position: HSE Engineer

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: 3 to more than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Jakarta

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry with comprehensive experience in HSE Engineering, associated technologies and facilities
2. Knowledge of main important international standards on HSE management system (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
3. Knowledge of main important international standards on Functional Safety (e.g. IEC 61508/ 61511, ISA, etc.)
4. Understand and experience in Formal Safety Assessment activities (i.e. HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA/ SIL, Bow-Tie, etc.) and HSE Review activities (i.e. HSE Risk Assessment, Human Factor Engineering, etc.) as well as Occupational Health & Safety activities
5. Knowledge of safety cases and safety critical elements (including Management of Change)

Brief Job Description:

1. Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans and procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life
2. Assist the Project engineering and management teams in scooping and/ or conducting the HSE studies and deliverables
3. Fully participate in the HSE Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.) and Occupational Health & Safety Risk Assessment

 

Position: Project HSE Management Coordinator

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

Working Experience: More than 10 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Jakarta

Status Employment: Contract

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

1. Previous experience in similar position in O&G / Energy Company or Contractor firm
2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
3. Willing to travel in Indonesia and abroad

Brief Job Description:

1. Ensure for all Project Portfolio that Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation activities carried out by company are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, Company HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
2. Ensure a proper allocation of resources on all company projects
3. Effectively monitor the set-up and execution of projects in conformance with approved Project HSE plans and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life
4. Monitor the effective implementation of the HSE Risk Management Process
5. Monitor the implementation of company HSE Training and Campaigns on Projects
6. Ensure Project HSE performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting identifying trends suggesting improvement plans
7. Take part in accident / incident investigation if requested
8. Promote periodical Project HSE Review and ensure proper Project HSE Close Out report
9. Ensure HSE Audits to projects sites and contractors are properly planned and conducted

 

Position: Project Security Coordinator

Minimum Education: Diploma from reputable related Technical Academy

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

Work Location: Papua

Status Employment: Contract

Brief Job Description:

1. Reporting to the HSSE Manager.
2. Implement and monitor the Security Management Plan and Security SOP’s across all TLNG and Offsite operations.
3. Carry out a continuous cycle of threat analysis and risk assessment in support of the project SRA and the live HEAT Map process.
4. Liaison with local community stake holders at all offsite areas.
5. Monitoring the security subcontractor service delivery and performance across all TLNG and offsite operations.
6. CSTS Security Self-verification, security management plan monitoring and review.
7. Maintain and report the security subcontractor KPI’s.
8. Maintain and manage the CSTS Security Operation Remedial Action Tracker.
9. Supervision of the CSTS Security Lead, and Information and Investigations Lead.
10. Implementation of the CSTS Integrated Community Based Security plan in liaison and coordination with BP GPO and GOO security.
11. CSTS Security weekly and monthly reporting.
12. CSTS and subcontractor security awareness training including site inductions, awareness campaigns and TBT’s.
13. Weekly Security drills and testing.
14. Daily liaison and coordination with BP GPO security.
15. Immediately report all security incidents to the PREM, HSSE Manager, PTSI SM & BP GPO.
16. Complete all security event and investigation reports.
17. Act as the on scene commander in the event of any security emergency event providing on scene tactical command and communications link back to the SCR and PREM.
18. Coordinate CSTS HSE Road Safety speed monitoring check points and reporting.
