1. Project Product Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline 
• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers
• Utilise strong account planning skills, establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs
• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products
• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions
• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity

Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point, Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis
• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively
• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous
• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard will be a plus
• Understand customer needs and able to leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue
• Good level of industry and application knowledge for the EPCs and end-user markets

 

2. Senior Product Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Melakukan penjualan produk maupun jasa terkait produk  DeltaV / CSI kepada customer baru
• Memberikan informasi dan presentasi mengenai produk baru dan layanan DeltaV/CSI kepada customer
• Menumbuhkan kebutuhan customer akan produk maupun jasa terkait produk DeltaV/CSI
• Melakukan presentasi produk
• Melakukan project pursue dan memastikan customer mengerti value dari product kita
• Menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan principal, customer, dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses penjualan
•  Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan mingguan, bulanan dan project funnel

Qualification :

• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Fisika, Elektro atau Mesin
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mempunyai kemampuan untuk presentasi produk
• Mengerti PLC, DCS, SIS, dan SCADA systems.
• Pengalaman > 5 tahun di bidang sales system control baik DCS ataupun PLC.
• Mempunyai pengalaman memenangkan sebuah proyek control systems dengan nilai diatas 5 milyar
• Mempunyai jaringan yang luas di Pertamina refinery akan lebih diutamakan.

 

3. Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Memiliki basic Electrical & Instrument Memberikan solusi atas masalah teknis dan non teknis yang dihadapi customer
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer
• Melakukan presentasi teknis kepada customer
• Berkoordinasi dengan Product Application Engineer untuk menyiapkan penawaran
• Berkomunikasi secara intensif dengan principal secara teknis maupun non teknis

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation (Physics/Petroleum/Electrical)
• Good in negotiation
• Good communication skills
• Having min. 1 year experience in sales
• Good command in English
• Discipline & detail
• Having driving license (SIM A)
• Work Location : Jakarta, Surabaya

 

4. Junior Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Attending sales enquires, provide quotation, and delivery arrangement
• Responsible for growing existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Good follow up responsibility
• Maintain good relationship with customers

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Good communication skills
• Good command in English
• Discipline & detail

5. Software Developer

Job Description :

• Melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan software
• Melakukan pemeliharaan dan kontrol untuk vevsi dan bug fixes
• Melakukan tes dan integrasi software

Qualification :

• Min. 4 tahun pengalaman di bidang yang sama
• D3/S1 Teknik (diutamakan Teknik Informatika)
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam membuat software yang digunakan dalam jangka panjang / permanen
• Menguasai praktek software development yang terencana dan terstruktur
• Menguasai teknologi dan konfigurasi Windows Desktop dan Windows Server serta pengelolaan jaringan
• Mempunyai pengalaman membuat software dengan teknologi .NET, menggunakan microsoft visual studio (VB, C#, C++, ASP), dan pemrograman Relational Database (Micrososoft SQL Server)
• Terbuka untuk mempelajari dan menggunakan programming language dan programming tools yang lain
• Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan

 

6. C# Programmer

Job Description :

• Design and develop software for Terminal Automation System and other software system based on demand including integration to other system such as PLC, DCS, OPC, ERP, SAP, etc.
• Develop architecture and design documentation for the software system
• Assist in the development of technical proposal, including site visit, technical reports, etc.
• Execute all project phases including site services
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver diverse and complex projects on time and budget

Qualification :

• Engineering in electrical/control and instrumentation/automation system/IT
• Having min. 2 years experiences in PLC/DCS/automation/programming
• Having experience in terminal automation system, database software, interfacing software to ERP/SAP/OPC and web development is additional advantage
• Having good knowledge in C#, SQL database is a must
• Having good knowledge in DCS, PLC, VB.Net, Java is additional advantage

 

7. Project Management

Job Description :

• Komunikasi dengan customer untuk project
• Mereview isi kontrak dan scope pekerjaan project
• Menyusun schedule project
• Melakukan kick off meeting project
• Sebagai cost control project
• Monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan project
• Melakukan hand over project
• Mengawasi proses pembayaran dari customer
• Melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan proyek on schedule

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 Electrical/Industry/Mecahnical/Physics/Instrumentation
• max. 35 years old
• Having min. 3 years experiences as Project Control/Project Engineer/Project Management in EPC/Engineering Company
• Understand process of project management/project control
• Can operate computer and Ms. Office
• Can operate Ms. Project software is mandatory
• Can speak English (oral and written)

 

8. System Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop design document, graphic, control modules for new DCS project
• Execute DCS system FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities
• Perform maintenance service routine for install based system
• Attend on call service for install based system

Qualification :

• Engineering in electrical/control and instrumentation/automation system/IT
• Having min. 2 years experiences in PLC/DCS/automation/programming
• Batch or safety system experience will be considered as additional advantage
• Having good knowledge in visual basic script
• Having good knowledge in DCS, PLC, VB.Net, Java is additional advantage

 

9. Application Engineer

Job Description :

• Qualify customer’s request for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customer’s requirement
• Prepare customer quotations in a timely manner, technically accurate and offering the best possible application solution during FEED, budgetary, firm stage to project finalization
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to EPC
• Determine customer requirements and expectations
• Review more complex project specifications and perform valve, material selection, and sizing
• Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications / customer requirements
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
• Communicate with internal manufacturing locations
• Ensure customer’s purchase orders are technically accurate as per quoted and commercially verified before entry the PO
• Provide technical support and attend technical clarifications meeting with sales
• Lead in special project as assigned

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 Mechatronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering or equivalent in engineering
• Min. 3-4 years experiences in related field
• Ability and willingness to provide mentorship to less experienced team members
• Matured and independent with a good sense of judgement
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Have a good sense of urgency, good follow up, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multitask, and a strong team player
• Must have strong customer orientation
• Excellent team player with positive attitude

10. HSE

Job Description :

• Bertanggung jawab memonitor dan mengembangkan aspek HSE di lingkungan kerja perusahaan.
• Melakukan inspeksi HSE pada sistim peralatan gedung, vendor dan subcontractor.
• Melakukan administrasi dokumentasi terkait HSE seperti Dokumen Tender Pra Qualification CSMS, HSE Plan, JSA, HIRADC, HSE statistik dsb.
• Memberikan rekomendasi dan analisa perbaikan terhadap masalah-masalah terkait HSE.
• Memastikan setiap pekerjaan memiliki SOP yang komprehensif dan SOP tersebut dijalankan
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kesiapan keadaan darurat, respon dan penanganannya, termasuk melakukan investigasi kecelakaan kerja.
• Mampu menyusun materi pelatihan dan memberikan pelatihan tersebut
• Bisa melakukan fungsi sebagai safety man/safety representative di site.
• Mengerti peraturan perundangan dan hukum terkait HSE dan penerapannya.

Qualification :

• Minimal D3 Teknik/ Kesehatan Masyarakat, jurusan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Wajib memiliki Sertifikat AK3 Umum
• Usia maks 30 Tahun
• Minimal 1-2 tahun di bagian HSE khususnya HSE Project.
• Bertanggung jawab, bisa bekerja mandiri dengan minimum supervision, komunikatif, detail dan mempunyai inisiatif yang tinggi.
• Bisa menggunakan komputer terutama ms. office dan mengerti bahasa inggris.
• Bersedia di tempatkan di site/area project.
• Mempunyai sertifikat/kompetensi terkait HSE lainnya merupakan nilai tambah.

 

11. Order Management

Job Description :

• Get order acknowledgement from Emerson AP
• Update delivery status weekly
• Establish good communication with principal on order
• Assist expediting to get the order delivered to customer
• Assist FA to get the payment

Qualification :

• Min. D3 engineering
• Good communication skill
• Microsoft software, autocad will advantage
• Be able to speak English

 

12. Secretary

Job Description :

• Arranging the schedule and agenda
• Preparing the work material
• Undertaking a variety of administrative and clerical task, such as handling correspondence, arranging appointments, filling, etc.

Qualifications :

• Max. 29 years old
• Min. D3/S1 any major (preferable from Secretarial)
• Min. 2 years experience in related field
• Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and be able to work under pressure
• Good in English (oral & written)

 

13. Admin Support (Temporary)

Job Description :

• Handling inquiry customer
• Handling and checking customer’s order
• Handling and checking tender registration
• Handling complain and front office job description
• Collecting original PO customer and monitoring outstanding order from division for SO processing
• Following up outstanding document for unclean approval
• Handling master data and updating customer data into system

Qualification :

• Min. D3/S1 any major
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate PC (Ms. Office, Outlook, Internet)
• Good communication, initiative, responsive, & cooperative
• Able to work in a team environment

 

14. HR (Internship)

Qualifications :

• Male / female max. 23 years old
• S1 Psychology (min. Semester 3)
• Fast learner, good initiative, good attitude
• Be able to work under pressure
• Willing to start immediately
