Requirements:

• All position : must have experience in EPCI / Construction Company.
• For Managerial level : Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management or equivalent, minimal 10 years experiences in the same field and position.
• For others : Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable University, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.
• Familiar with lndustrial Relation, UU Ketenaga kerjaan, HR administration & documentation, etc.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
• For Engineer & Planner/Scheduler : Diploma or Eachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.
• For Surveyor: Diploma or Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position, expert using AutoCAD.
• For Manager & Coordinator : Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 10 years experiences in the same field and position.
• Bachelor degree of Engineering from reputable university
• Minimal 10 years experiences in the same position at EPCI Company, especially in Civil Structure
• Detail oriented, creative, efficient & high integrity
• Able to join immediately.
• Placement - Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java lsland (if needed).
