Develop your career with us. We are an established oil & gas company in Indonesia, will carry out the drilling of Sinamar-3 Twin Well.

We seek competent and experienced individual to join our team for the following positions:

 

1. Drilling Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Review drilling rig reports with the Drilling Supervisor at the rig site. Ensure the operations are conducted in the best interest of the Company. Discuss future operations plans with the Drilling Supervisor and the Drilling Engineer in an effort to optimize and eliminate problems.
• Communicate effectively with the Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Engineer to ensure that all technical specifications of the Drilling Program and Drilling Manual are met.
• Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork among the drilling staff, rig site personnel, service providers and other disciplines.
• Conduct meetings through the term of the contracts, with service providers, to increase the efficiency of the service and help reduce or eliminate any potential problems.
• Provide technical troubleshooting when problems occur on the drilling rig.
• Perform periodic evaluations for the Drilling Supervisors, Drilling Engineers, and Drilling Technicians.
• Monitor drilling expenditures on a daily basis with the goal of drilling the most cost-effective wells possible.
• Review equipment planning with Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisors and the Material & Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely equipment arrivals and to eliminate equipment overstocking.
• Coordinate with the Drilling Engineer, Material & Logistics Coordinator & Drilling supervisors the timely arrival of drilling equipment and services on well site.
• Ensure that wells are drilled and completed in a manner that meets the objectives of the Reservoir, Production, and Geological departments.

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Petroleum / Engineering Degree
• Min 10 years experiences in the same position
• Indonesian preferred
• Fluent English and Computer literate
• Familiar in all Drilling report (min 3 well completed)
• Has a profession supporting certificate

 

2. Fracturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned operations and personnel.
• Supervise and/or operate equipment related to stimulation and operations.
• Enforce safety and operating procedures within the clients system.
• Ensure that the assigned Frac / Acid / Nitrogen equipment is maintained according to the department maintenance program.
• Enforce standards for operations, equipment and operator performance.
• Enforce all company policies within your assigned crews.
• Maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors.
• Assist with the evaluation and training of operators.
• Perform pre-job calculations with respect to Designed Schedule, Etc.
• Provide day-to-day direction of assigned personnel on location (field)
• Provide training for upcoming supervisors
• Ensure on time job operations.

Qualifications/Requirement:

• Petroleum / Engineering Degree
• Min 10 years experiences in the same position
• Indonesian preferred
• Fluent English and Computer literate
• Extensive knowledge of stimulation operations, equipment and services.
• Experienced in both field and office environments is preferred.
• Has the ability to educate people in this related field.
• Has knowledge of Chemical Blending, Basic Frac Calculations
• Has a profession supporting certificate
