2. Familiar with SAP
3. Excel expert
4. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage

1. Processing invoice active/passive cycle, checking supporting documents, acquire approval from user
2. Prepare invoice for payment on due date
3. Entry cost to SAP automatic/manual

 

2. Position: SENIOR OFFSHORE METHOD ENGINEER

Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university

1. Have minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore activities
2. Have knowledge about piping, hookup, and brown field activities

1. Study brownfield modification for offshore floater
2. Develop procedure for offshore activity
3. Estimate resource required for offshore activities of brownfield modification work.

 

3. Position: LOGISTIC BASE MATERIAL COORDINATOR

Minimum Education: Diploma from related reputable technical academy

Working Experience: More than 5 years in similar position / field

1. Support Contract Manager and Subcontracting Manager on subcontractor kick-off meetings, work start-up with effective subcontractor activation, documentation
2. Gathering and distribution to relevant site functions, granting contractual correspondence management/effectiveness during project execution
3. Support Contract Manager and Subcontracting Manager on subcontractor monitoring/control activities, liaison with company functions (technical office, procurement, administration, etc.) for proper change management (subcontract change/revision, claims, penalties, new prices, etc.)

 

6. Position: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

1. Monitors the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements
2. Ensures that subordinates are trained on and aware of specifications and work procedures and are utilized to ensure optimal efficiency
3. Maintains effective schedule and cost control of craft personnel
4. Plans required work activity to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed
5. Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that craft personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and that they practice safe work habits

 

7. Position: QA ENGINEER

1. Higher National Certificate in an Oil & Gas sector related discipline
2. Experience of working with QHSE Management Systems and Quality processes
3. Knowledge and understanding of Oil & Gas equipment, Manufacturing processes, Industry Regulations, Specifications, Codes & Standards
4. Practical and theoretical knowledge and understanding of drilling, completion, intervention and maintenance operations
5. IRCA registered Lead Auditor qualification
6. Experience with leading investigations, Root Cause Analysis techniques and report writing
7. Experience in preparing and delivering technical documents and presentations

Brief Job Description:

1. Provide technical support, advice and guidance to QA & QC Engineers where required Evaluate QAQC technical content of equipment and service tenders, purchase orders and contracts
2. Review, Approval and update of Vendor Quality Plans to ensure current standards are followed and lessons learned are captured for continued improvement
3. Lead equipment / service failure investigations to identify lessons learnt and improvement opportunities
4. Resolve Inspection related anomalies and non-conformities
5. Undertake verification and auditing activities on Contractors equipment and services to assure Vendor & Equipment conformance to Company & Industry Standards and Specifications
6. Optimise the performance and reliability of products and services
7. To fully investigate failures and determine root cause, recommendations and opportunities for improvement to control / minimize risk
8. To provide Quality input, advice & support at any and all stages of equipment or Service supply
9. To support the QA/QC Leader to improve & develop systems and processes to continually improve Quality

 

8. Position: PROJECT ENGINEER

11. Position: HR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:

1. English native speaker mandatory
2. Excellent writing skills. Organization, anticipation, listening, adaptability and accuracy
3. Act a project leader with short deadlines and regular follow-up
4. Excellent command of MS Office ( excel and word )
5. Experience in oil and gas or technical industry would be an advantage
6. Having good knowledge in mobilization plan and HR scheduling

Brief Job Description:

1. Collection of the information through all partners
2. Drive individual interviews with all employees in different sites (onshore, offshore and logistic base)
3. Act as an advisor/coach on the identification of the relevant department and project for the mobilization plan
4. Transpose, adjust and ensure that all relevant and consistent information are mentioned
5. Coordinate with all partners related for the scheduling of mobilization plan for local and expatriate
6. HR activities
