As one of independent power producer in Indonesia, we dedicated Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology to support electricity supply in Indonesia through strongly consider the environmental aspect.

We are now seeking for highly qualified and dynamics personal to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) organization with the following position :

 

Sr. DCS Technician (SR-DCS TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Recognizes safety hazards and follows safety guidelines for personal and plant protection.
• Performs routine Instrument & Control maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs of plant equipment including DCS, PLC, Pneumatic and Hydraulic system.
• Installs, calibrates, troubleshoots, improvement and maintains  Instrument and Control on Steam Turbine, Generator, Boiler and plant auxiliary equipments.
• Uses test equipment and hand tools necessary to troubleshoot and maintain field devices and systems in the plant including HART Communicator, Current Source and Data Logger.
• Communicates condition of Instrument equipment and status of jobs to supervisor.
• Reads and interprets instruction manuals, configuration and control system drawings.
• Complete all written and electronic records in Maximo CMMS (i.e. work orders, calibration sheets, material requests, PM Task) required to document the work in progress and as it is completed.
• Assist in providing skill enhancement training to junior I&C Technician.
• Coordinates work activities with other section.

Requirements :

• Minimum SMK Technical Senior High School in Electronic or Physic Disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experiences as DCS I&C Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Computer and English literate
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java

 

Sr. I&C Technician (JR-I&C TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Recognizes safety hazards and follows safety guidelines for personal and plant protection.

Planning Sr. Technician (PLAN-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Support setting up Plant Asset data base to CMMS
• Check the Work Order flow process and report to Planning Engineer
• Support Planning Engineer to prepare WO Monthly Report
• Support Planning Engineer in organizing daily Work Planning meeting and coordinate between Operation & Maintenance Divisions
• Update Outage Maintenance Works progress in the schedule on behalf Planning Engineer
• During mobilization period (May 2019-COD): Collect equipment list data, setup KKS system, support in developing PM/PdM work plan, asset register, fully support in CMMS MAXIMO Development, includes in developing of Procedures, SOP/Work Instruction of Planning Scheduling work, Compiling Jobplan/ work specific detailed of maintenance activities, etc.

Requirements :

• Min D3 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering Degree
• Minimum 5 Years working experiences as Planner/Scheduler at Large coal Fired power plant project
• Computer and English Literacy
• Willing to be in Batang, Central Java

 

Warehouse Sr. Technician (WH-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare data for creating initial data base of inventory
• Prepare data for creating initial data base of Bill of Material (BOM)
• Supervise for installation of racking system
• Put Rack No and Bin No for identification of material location in Warehouse
• Maintain and updating data base of inventory
• Maintain and updating data base of Bill of Material (BOM)
• Handle Material Receiving Process (unloading material, document checking and Quality Control Process)
• Handle Dispatching Material for refurbishment purpose and returning material to Vendor for rejected material
• Handle Storage Material to Bin Location in accordance with material type including material tag for each item
• Entry data (receiving and issuing) of spare parts & consumables to CMMS
• Update the Stock Inventory Balance status in CMMS
• Maintain Standard Stock Level of Stock Inventory including prepare data for periodically reviewing
• Prepare data for Purchase Requisition
• Support Maintenance crew in issuing material for Emergency situation (Call out purpose)
• House keeping in the Warehouse
• Supervise Outsourching Worker
• During mobilization period:
  • Involve in creating initial data base of inventory for CMMS
  • Involve in creating initial data base of Bill of Material
  • Involve in developing of Procedure, SOP including form
  • Fresh Graduate Class Room Training as Trainer
  • Supervise for installation of racking system
  • Tagging for Racking System (Rack No and Bin No)
  • Training License for Forklift, Crane Operator

Requirements :

• Minimum Technical High School graduated
• Working experiences (minimum 3 years for D3 or 10 Years for Technical High School) as warehouse/material controller at Industrial Project/ Manufacture/Logistic
• SIO of Forklift / Overhead Crane
• Computer and English Literacy
• Willing to be in Batang, Central Java

 

CBM Sr. Technician (CBM-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct Vibration check for all equipment as per schedule  and as per requisition
• Analyzing, Reporting, and give recommendation based on vibration result test
• Reporting for summary weekly and monthly of Vibration issues to CBM Engineer
• Keep and care Condition monitoring tools in good quality
• Supporting maintenance activities regarding to alignment and balancing activities
• Support in generating CBM Monthly Report under CBM Engineer
• Supporting for RCM activities
• Compile record of CBM procedures
• Supporting for vibration monitoring activity
• Supervise helper
• To be ready for standby on call during out of office working hour for Vibration issues
• Control and Monitor Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety implementation related to vibration activities

Lubricant Sr. Technician (LB-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct oil sampling and oil analysis for all equipment as per schedule  and as per requisition
• Analyzing, Reporting, and give recommendation based on oil analysis result test
• Reporting for summary weekly and monthly of lubrication issues
• Keep and care lubrication tools in good quality
• Supporting maintenance activities regarding to setup oil sampling point and take oil sampling
• Supporting for RCM activities
• Compile record of CBM procedures
• Supporting for lubrication activity
• Supervise helper
• To be ready for standby on call during out of office working hour for Lubrication issues

BOP Sr. Technician (BOP-SR TECH)

• Read Work Order description and prepare the tool and work method before go to Control Room
• Understand and follow PTW rule
• Carry out the maintenance task as required by WO
• Follow HSE rules during undertaking the works
• Report to BOP Supervisor once the work finished

Electrical Senior Technician (EL-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Read  and understanding Work Order description, prepare the tool and work method before commencing  works
• Understanding and follow PTW rule
• Follow HSE rules and maintain general safety during undertaking the works and obey all procedures and instruction refer to the BMS and other QHSE standard
• Ensure that company safety and environmental standards are reflected in the Electrical engineering aspects to produce facilities that are functional, environmentally friendly and safe.
• Carry out the maintenance task as required by Work Oder
• Consult with Superior if he has a doubt during undertaking maintenance works.
• Report to Electrical Supervisor once the work finished
• UpdatingHouse keeping of working place
•  Coordinate all  technician to execute all preventive, predictive or breakdown maintenance related with electrical systems during production period or outage

Requirements :

• Minimum Technical High School graduated
• Having minimum 5 years  for Technical high school graduated  or minimum 2 years working experiences for D3 degree as Electrical Technicians for at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Good understanding in power plant system and has Maintenance experiences for Power Plant Equipment prior to GIS 500kV, Generator, Thyristor Rectifer, Generator Circuit Breaker, Power Transformer, MV& LV Switchgear, MV & LV Motor, MOV (Motor Operating Valve), Motor Control Center, Batteries and Battery Charger System, UPS System, Conveyor System, Ship Unloader, Stacker Reclaimer, Travelling Tripper and Hoist, Crane & Elevator System
• Good understanding in Protection System at 500 kV GIS, Generator, Power Transformer and MV Switchgear & LV Switchgear
• Having good communication skill
• Good Understanding for Maintenance Management System (Maximo) especially for Work Order and Material Issue Function
• Computer and English literate
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java

 

Boiler Senior Mechanical Technician (BO-SR MECH TECH)

• Read Work Order description and prepare the tool and work method before go to Control Room
• Understand and follow PTW rule
• Carry out the maintenance task as required by WO
• Follow HSE rules during undertaking the works
• Report to Boiler Supervisor once the work finished

Requirements :

• Minimum Technical High School graduated
• Minimum 5 years working experiences as Boiler Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Fair knowledge of spoke and written English
• Maximum 40 years old, when hired
• Fair computer literate
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java
