We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

 

EXPORT IMPORT OFFICER

(Assignment: Surabaya)

 Prepare and arrange the import / shipping document base on customs law. Be able for Bonded Logistic Center (PLB) activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in dealing with Export Import
  • Able to operate Customs Module (Module TPB)
  • Able to develop and maintain good relationship with Customs
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skill
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, schedule, execute and evaluate the day to day objectives based on planning
  • Prepare Customs Declaration base on shipping document base on customs law such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB
  • Capable for HS Code Reference on Tariff Book Indonesia
  • Responsible and Conduct document completion for proper customer before and after custom process
  • Responsible for preparing & completing of the export import document for purposes of regular customs audit
  • Responsible for reporting and job filing in daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Coordinate, align and engaged with internal, third party, Client, Business Partner and Customs for export import process
  • Responsible for operation activities ( Submit Report to Customs KPPBC (Hanggar, KPPBC and Kanwil)
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

(Assignment: Surabaya)

 Control, manage, and supervise logistic activities in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Integrated Logistic process which conforms to business ethics and company’s procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any major
  • Minimum 6-7 years experiences in logistic & warehouse
  • Having understanding of logistics/warehousing
  • Good reporting system
  • Able to working under pressure to meet delivery time
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Leading by example
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop planning & provide recommendations regarding logistics parameters set up according to requirements and consider various aspects from materials receive on site to outgoing (e.g. route, mode of transportation, delivery type, freight forwarder, delivery frequency, volume, clearance doc, etc.)
  • Conduct negotiation process related to logistics activities
  • Initiate meetings with certain parties related to logistics process to find the best solution for all parties
  • Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as business partner, transportation, Surveyor, shore base and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the cargo movement
  • Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinates activities involving the customer, business partner, and/or company functions.
  • Supervise distribution of every shipment via Air Freight, Sea Freight and Land Transport
  • Responsible for Warehouse Inventory, Incoming and outgoing process
  • Monitor & expedite daily progress the shipment with target on schedule as per Project Performance
  • Coordinating with Business Partner, 3rd party & internal company for regularly report. 

 

PROJECT MANAGER

(Assignment: Surabaya)

 Plan, direct and control a project from the date of award to the issue of a practical completion and ideally be involved until end of the regularly process and ensure a project is running well, completed on time and to budget in accordance with all the company standard procedures and to the total satisfaction of the clients.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline
  • Minimum 10 years previous experiences in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and 3PL
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering/Logistic/4 PL
  • Comprehensive knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics management
  • Ability to manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control the flow of work for an International Freight Forwarding and Project Logistic, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan
  • Direct, control, and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well manage
  • Direct, review and analyze client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented
  • Prepare, control and implement project budgets, logistic schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements
  • Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company objectives
  • Direct, monitor and utilize company’s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization
  • Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner
  • Plan, analyze, and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximize returns in a timely manner
  • Direct, control, and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid
  • Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

QA/QC ENGINEER

(Assignment: Surabaya)

 Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, and develop all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance and client specification materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
  • Minimum 3 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
  • Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
  • Thorough understanding for Document Management System
  • Work extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office word &  Excel
  • Team workers and organizing people
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, guidelines, and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective
  • Execute, monitor, and improve QA/QC aspects
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned
  • Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related
  • Initiate feedback for improvement of QA/QC reports and status
  • Perform and observe in timely manner for QA/QC products
  • Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing QA/QC knowledge to conclude proper construction works
  • Maintain documentation properly manage in accordance with documents deliverable structure

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

(Assignment: Surabaya)

 Ensure cost control process, budget and control cost/expenditure status, forecasting process are running effectively on a daily basis; and also ensure security of company profitability in order to support company success. Provide operational administration to support operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major, preferably Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa both written and oral
  • Understanding of Logistics/Warehousing
  • Good team work
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office word &  Excel
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Control correct Cost Allocation and check ledger cost, prepare accrual/journal
  • Cost within/under budget, good explanation for exceptional
  • Prepare daily costing analyses report
  • Prepare weekly costing analyses report
  • Prepare Monthly costing analyses and forecasting report (yearly and life time)
  • Prepare Daily Operational Report
  • Prepare Weekly Operational Report
  • Prepare Monthly Operational Report
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

OPERATION FOREMAN

(Assignment: Surabaya)

Responsible in handling the transshipment materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa both written and oral
  • Understanding of Logistics/Warehousing
  • Good team work
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office word &  Excel
  • Will be preferred candidates who domiciled at Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, issuing documentation to cover the shipment such as Packing List, Cargo Manifest, etc.
  • Expedite/follow up every shipment until received at destination
  • Organize/Contact transporter for the shipment collection
  • Checking the packaging & labelling
  • Declare Insurance every shipment
  • Inspect/check materials at Vendor, special for loading/unloading process
  • GR/Updating materials receiving report, Issue PO & Delivery process on a daily basis to the  system
  • Monitor progress Air Freight, Sea Freight, & Road freight materials
  • Raising receipt discrepancy report (RDR) if required
  • Prepare freight cost allocation
  • Submit Weekly, Monthly, and Annually Report
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
