Engineer - Drill & Blast

JOB DESC

• Menyajikan rencana pengeboran dan peledakan (Drill and Blast) serta peledakan tidur secara akurat dengan membuat rencana pengeboran dan peledakan, menentukan area peledakan, komposisi bahan peledak dan menghitung kebutuhan bahan peledak dengan mempertimbangkan lingkungan, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.
• Menyajikan laporan dan analisa hasil pelaksanaan pengeboran dan peledakan.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Pertambangan
2. Pengalaman 2 tahun di kegiatan Drill & Blast.
3. Mempunyai sertifikat Juru Ledak Kelas II
4. Menguasai Program Mincom & Shot Plus I
5. Bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah Sumatera & Kalimantan

 

Eqpuiment Health – Analyst

JOB DESC

1. Develop standard Plan maintenance policies and procedures as stipulated by the Plant Manager.
2. Maintenance planning technique (use of work order, work order history, work order costs, backlog etc)
3. Standardized equipment lube servicing sheets and technique
4. Standardized equipment mechanical inspection sheets and technique
5. Standardized use of backlog sheets and their addition to the scheduled maintenance regime.
6. Develop standard Minor Spare Parts lists to be held for each equipment type.
7. Develop Plant Maintenance KPI’s All policies, procedures and inspection sheets to be developed with safety written into them as the no1 priority
8. Work within all company and plant Department safety policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. a strong background in mobile equipment (plant) maintenance
4. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
5. High level of computer literacy.
6. The ability to work with minimum supervision
7. A working knowledge of the English language
8. Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.
9. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment
10. Good analytical skills so that the root cause of problem can be determined
