PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia are a newly established foreign investment company, as the power plant that will supply for 2 X 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. We are the first Coal-Fired Power Plant IPP Project in Indonesia using Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology, the cleanest and most environmentally-friendly coal-burning technology which is one of the largest in Asia.

COAL BUYER ( CB )

Responsibility :

• Establish the Coal Delivery Schedule in accordance with the Power Plant’s demand
• Ensure the optimum level Inventory of Coal at Stock Yard
• Liaison with Coal Supplier , 3rd Party Surveyor,Jetty Management and Coal Handling Operation Company to ensure the delivery and it’s administration requirements

Requirements :

• Preferable Bachelor degree ( S1 ) of Chemical , Mining , Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Having Minimum 5 years experience at Coal Fire Power Plant Company as a Coal Buyer or at Coal Mining Company as a Marketing
• Understand about Coal supply chain and Coal quality control
• Understand about general knowledge of Coal specification, proximate and ultimate parameter in accordance with the Coal Supply Agreement
• Have wide relationship with Coal Supplier and it’s association in Indonesia
• Maximum 40 years old
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

 

SENIOR BUYER ( SB )

Responsibility :

• Conduct in selection of materials and services for operations, maintenance and corporate services organizations, keeping them advised of new developments as appropriate.
• Resolving invoice price and quantity variances between quoted and invoiced amounts
• Researches and resolves routine problems on purchase orders and requisitions.
• Work with cross-functional teams in the development, review, and issue of requests for information (RFI) and requests for quote (RFQ), analyze proposals, negotiate with assigned vendors to ensure materials and supplies are purchased at the most economical total life cycle cost.
• Measure, analyze, and understand complex business issues.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the Operation & Maintenance Team & other stakeholders
• Responsible for all deliverables of the work produced to complete contract terms and conditions, which may include a procurement schedule, budget, document controls, reporting, prime contract flow downs, and manpower staffing.

Requirements :

• Preferable Bachelor degree ( S1 ) of Mechanical , Electrical Engineering or related field
• Having Minimum 5 years experience at Coal Fired Power Plant Company as a Buyer
• Familiar with Power Plant’s Spare part item, Consumables and Services requirement
• Familiar and have wide relationship with Power Plant’s Supplier in Indonesia
• Understand about general knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and others Consumables item
• Familar with CMMS ( Maximo or SAP )
• Maximum 40 years old
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

 

COAL HANDLING SUPERVISOR (CH-SPV)

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor & supervise Coal Handling OM Company ( OMCO ) maintenance works
• Update the maintenance works situation at Coal Handling area to CH ( Coal Handling ) Engineer on daily basis
• Measure OMCO maintenance work perfomance and compare it with the KPI as specified in the contract
• Provide all supports as assigned by CH Engineer
• Provide Monthly report to CH Engineer
• Monitor spare parts taken by OMCO
• Supervise & monitor Outage works done by MMP
• Provide technical suggestion to CH Engineer if it is noteworthy for plant improvement

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical / Marine Engineering
• Minimum 3 Years working experiences as Coal Handling Supervisor at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Indonesia & English language abilities (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing)
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER for BALANCE OF PLANT (ME-BOP)

Responsibility :

• To evaluate mechanical systems, products, components and applications with respect to documents and information such as construction drawings, industrial codes and standards ( e.g. ISO, ASME ), testing documents, etc.
• To review technical documents such as Construction Work Method and Commisioning Procedures.
• To participate in the tests and inspections, as defined in construction ITP, as an Owner engineer.
• To review all quality related documets ( e.g ITP and test/inspection reports ).
• To issue Observation Reports and Non-Conformity Report based on daily observations on construction and/or commisioning activities.
• To identify punch items during walkdown activities and manage punch lists.
• To coordinate with Contractor personel regarding daily / weekly construction and commisioning activities
• To monitor progress of construction and commisioning activities on daily basis.

Requirements :

• Education Background minimum Bachelor’s Degree ( S1 ) in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years Balance of Plant ( BOP ) Mechanical maintenance experience at Supervisory level at O&M Large Coal Fire Power Plant Company or having experience on supervising the installation/erection of water/waste water treatment plant , coal handling system and flue gas treatment like FGD and dust collecting system , and general pumps.
• Having knowledge about Pressure Vessel, Welding and Welding inspection including NDE.
• Have knowledge about ISO, ASME, ASME 31.3 Process Piping, BOP related international standards
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER for TURBINE (MET)

Responsibility :

• To evaluate mechanical systems, products, component and applications by reviewing all related Construction & Testing documents, and conducting witness for installation / erection and commisioning activities at construction site
• To technically identify change order and claims from contractors
• To inspect installation/erection and observe operations to ensure compliance with design, equipment specification and related standards
• To review test and inspection result
• To issue observation report and non-conformity report in accordance with SOP
• To identify punch list during construction period
• To prepare reports to manager by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information if required
• To monitor the mechanical construction schedule correctly
• To coordinate with related parties if required for construction

Requirements :

• Education Background minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years Turbine Mechanical maintenance experience at Supervisory level at O&M Large Coal Fired Power Plant Company or having experience on supervising Turbine equipment installation/erection
• Familiar with Rotating Machinery Diagnostics, Comprehension on Steam Turbine Commisioning work, Comprehension Knowledge of Steam Turbine Inspection outage works
• Having knowledge about Pressure Vessel, Welding and Welding inspection including NDE
• Have knowledge about ASME bpvc/ptc, B31.1 Power Piping, Turbine related international standards
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.
