We are one of the biggest Mining Company in Indonesia that owns Coal Mining Business Permit based on Coal Mining Contract of Work (PKP2B) at South Kalimantan, Indonesia. Our Company has initiated public offering and shares ownership with several reputable multinational company. We are inviting a professional candidate to fulfill an opportunity to joint with us with following position :

 

SITE MANAGER / KTT

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring all mining activities and ensure that the site project as a whole moves towards realizing the company’s vision.
• Ensure the coal production meet target and mining process meet the required of Good Mining Practices standard.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 5 – 7 years of working experience as a Site Manager or KTT in coal mining industry.
• Minimum have POM certificate (have POU will be advantage)
• Preferably have experience working in mining company with large coal production (>10MT)
• Have knowledge in Coal Handling System and Mine Safety Standards.
• Have strong leadership and good communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)
• 7W-2W Roster options only available for candidate outside South Kalimantan hire

 

TRANSHIPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Responsible and ensuring the implementation of Terminal activities, barging and transhipment run smoothly, safely, controlled and efficiently so as to achieve the company’s target.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Marine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of working experience as Shipping Operational Supervisor
• Have knowledge in Marine law and preferably have POP certificate.
• Preferably have experience working in mining company with large coal production (>10MT)
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

MINING OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supervising, controlling, and coordinating the implementation of mine operations in the drilling, blusting and production processes of contractors.
• Ensure the coal production meet target and mining process meet the required of Good Mining Practices standard.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor or Superintendent in mining industry.
• Have experience handle and supervise mining contractor to meet the target
• Minimum have POP certificate (have POM will be advantage)
• Preferably have experience working in mining company with large coal production (>10MT)
• Have strong leadership and good communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

INFRASTRUCTURE DEPT. HEAD

Responsibilities :

• Manage overall operational infrastructure activities to achieve the company’s target

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of working experience as Construction/Civil Project Manager from Mining Industry
• Have experience handle various mining construction and infrastructure project.
• Preferably have experience working in mining company with large coal production (>10MT)
• Have deep knowledge of Construction Industry.
• Able to manage multiple project simultaneously.
• Have strong leadership, analytical and good communication skill
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

ENGINEERING DEPT. HEAD

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to create a mining plan in accordance with company’s target.
• Responsible for supervising, controlling and evaluate the implementation of mining plan and all engineering aspect.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 5 - 7 years of working experience as a Engineering Supervisor or Superintendent in mining industry.
• Expert in Mine Application/Software like Minescape, Xpax, Minex
• Have knowledge in Good Mining Practice, Project Management, Mining Economic and Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum have POP certificate (have POM will be advantage)
• Have strong leadership and good communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

SR. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Provide and evaluate mining plans to support achievement of yearly coal production, monitor contractor activity, create realization repots of mining sequences contractor.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 - 8 years of working experience as a mine plan engineer in mining industry
• Have knowledge and experience in Mine Design & Planning.
• Have knowledge and experience in Mining Software like MineScape, Xpax, Minex
• Have knowledge in Good Mining Practice and K3LH
• Have POP certificate will be advantage
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to plan, organize, supervise and deliver geotechnical field investigation and geotechnical analysis programs.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Geology/Geophysics Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 3 – 5 years of working experience as geotechnical engineer in mining industry
• Have knowledge in Roclab Software
• Understand the basic principles of coal geology.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)
• 8W-2W Roster options only available for candidate outside South Kalimantan hire

 

FRESH GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FGDP)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
• Preferably from Mining Engineering major. Geology and Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates or max. 1 year experience.
• Active in organizational & social activities.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Self motivated, good adaptation, dynamic with personal integrity
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willing to be placed at South Kalimantan

 

MECHANIC INSTRUCTOR

Responsibilities :

• Deliver and conduct internal training to prepare qualified maintenance team to perform fleet/equipment maintenance, aiming for the most effective maintenance throughout training program
• Prepare and report training evaluation
• Ensure the implementation of maintenance, troubleshooting or repair according to quality standard

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 3 – 6 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Instructor in mining industry
• Have experience to teach in class and field practical
• Have Mechanic Instructor certificate will be advantage
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)

HRGA MANAGER (SITE BASED)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for manages and control all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs activities at Project Site area.
• Develop and Implement HRGA Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Law/Psychology/Human Resources Management from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of working experience as HRGA Manager from Mining Industry
• Have strong knowledge and experience in all Human Resources activities (Recruitment Process, Manpower Regulation and Labor Law, Organization Planning and Development, Employee Relation, Compensation Benefit, and Industrial Relations.
• Have strong leadership and good communication skills.
• Have excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, planning & organizing.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
• Willing to be placed at our site project (South Kalimantan Area)
