1. Position Title: Sr. Officer Material & Equipment Database (SAP & “KIMAP”)

Jakarta 36 months

 

1. At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has experience in HSSE management system
5. Manage inventory to Demand and month on hand target
6. Manage assigned category of materials and perform analysis for forward looking material forecast.
7. Work closely with asset management / warehouse to establish the needs and ensure the material fulfillment.
8. Act as primary interface for between divisions and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of material.
9. Manage MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) output to find opportunities for avoided purchases.
10. Forecast Inventory impacts based on construction, operating, & maintenance requirements.
11. Manage inventory catalog for accuracy and format.
12. Develop and maintain a team approach with client population.
13. Ensure proper reorder signals and lead time accuracy
14. Support and manage change management needs for Inventory/Warehouse OEM procedures (Pertamina’s Standard Code)
15. Have knowledge of standard material code and able to make data base material according to category and material groups.
16. Classification of material group that arrives per equipment and per plant unit properly and correctly according to standard material code of Pertamina.
17. Can migrate overall data base material / spare part based on group material per equipment and per unit plan to SAP according to pertamina standard
18. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such Microsoft Office, SAP & Database
19. Has a good medical record
20. Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

2. Position Title: Piping Engineer

Jakarta 27 months

 

1. Has Experience as Senior Piping Engineer
2. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
4. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
5. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
6. Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design.
7. Has Experience in in the design and specification of piping including piping routing, sizing, piping plan/layout, isometric , 3D drawing, pipe support, Line desingnation Table (LDT), materials selection, corrosion protection, installation and tie-in procedures, hazard analysis and environmental considerations
8. Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
   1. American Petroleum Institute (API)
   2. American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
   3. American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
   4. American Welding Society (AWE)
   5. National association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)

9. It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Piping systems. in gas processing plants and utility facilities
10. Has a proven ability to perform Piping equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet in Piping System with a high level of quality.
11. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest piping design software, etc.)
12. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
13. Has a good medical record

3. Position Title: Static Equipment Engineer

Jakarta 25 months

 

PMC Engineering

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Regenerator, Large Column, Steam Boiler
• Has Experience in design and engineering for major Mechanical Equipment
• Has Experience as Senior Mechanical Engineer
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as:
  • American Petroleum Institute (API),

• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

4. Position Title: Process Engineer – Amine – ISBL

Jakarta 25 months

 

PMC Engineering

• Experienced in Process Engineering for Amine, Sat Gas, SWS, Caustic
• Has Experience as Lead/Senior Process Engineer
• Expertise in ISBL (Inside Battery Limit ) portion of an expansion project typically focuses on the addition of new or additional process units to the existing refinery configuration.
• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Non Licensed Unit (i.e. CDU, SWS, WWTP, Amine Regeneration, etc.)
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,

• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (process simulation i.e HYSYS/Pro I I/Flare Net, design engineering software, etc.)
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

5. Position Title: Analyst Expediting & Custom Clearance Officer

Jakarta 33 months

 

1. At least a Bachelor degree in Logistic
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has experience in HSSE management system
5. To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time.
6. To ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items
7. Oversee the overall assignments of the Air freight and Sea freight Customs Clearance Officers.
8. Prepare Customs Duty Exemption Form for materials and components, submit to the Ministry of Industry and Electricity, and get the approval.
9. Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices, and forward them to the Customs Broker.
10. Follow-up with the Customs Brokers for clearance of imported items within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame.
11. Request and get approval for payment of Customs Duty on non-exempted items. Forward the advance payment requests to Accounts for releasing the cheque.
12. Receive invoices from Custom Broker, scrutinize and get approval for payment from the Accounts Manager and passing it to Accounts.
13. Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities.
14. Follow up of customs duty refund claims from Customs authorities.
15. Follow up for the clearance of undertakings given related to imported materials clearance and keep proper records for all pending cases.
16. Prepare all documents for import shipments.
17. Observe all changes related to customs duty exemptions, tariff, etc., and act accordingly
18. Has a good medical record
19. Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

6. Position Title: Cost Engineer

Jakarta 24 months

Balikpapan 24 months

 

PMC Engineering

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
• be able to create estimating data bases from bids
• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
• Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

7. Position Title: Senior Officer Change Management

Balikpapan 13 months

 

1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
5. Has been a senior engineer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
6. Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
7. Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance
8. Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
9. Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
10. Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Construction activities in accordance with schedule requirements
11. Has a good medical record
12. Fluent in Communication and writing in English

 

8. Position Tile: Officer Civil Construction

Balikpapan 48 months

 

PMC Engineering

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has a wide range of experience in the civil engineering design including underground facility, soil analysis, refractory installation and 3D design using PDS are applied for all the civil structures.
• Has experience to developed civil design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the civil design activities through the project execution.
• Has Experience in Jetty, soil improvement design and equipment foundation design.
• Has Experience in design and engineering for major Civil
• Has Experience as Lead Civil Engineer
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
  • American Petroleum Institute (API),
  • American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC)
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI)
  • American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)
  • AASHTO and UBC
• It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Civil systems. in oil and gas industry.
• Has a proven ability to perform Civil engineering include study, calculation in Civil with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest civil engineering software, etc.)

30MW Coal Fired Power Plant

 

Responsibilities

• Typically reports to top management.
• Manages and oversees the daily operations of a power plant.
• Monitors operations for efficiency improvement in coordination with other departments and improvement of availability.
• Develops and implements predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensures the safety requirement and all applicable regulatory requirements are followed
• Oversees technical staff, such as maintenance or engineering, and trains personnel.
• Reports plant performance to top management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Provides input to strategic decisions on CAPEX and spares based upon business case to the top management for the decision making.
• May give input into developing the budget.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments and outside agencies.
• Establishes and coordinates training of staff with the top management and other departments.

 

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years power plant operations and maintenance experience out of which 3+ years at managerial level.
• Added preference for possessing certifications in field.
• Added advantage if well versed with plant thermodynamics and routine performance testing per ASME PTC codes.
