Position Title: Plant Design Engineer
Jakarta 25 months

PMC Engineering

• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 12 years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Sr or Lead Designer for large onshore projects
• Has Experience in layout studies in a variety of projects
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards related to plant layout / plant design
• Has been the principal designer responsible for the design and review of the layouts of gas processing plants and utility facilities
• Has a proven ability to perform plant layout reviews and piping layout reviews with a high level of quality.
• Working knowledge in the use of relevant computer programs
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record

Position Title: Process Integration Manager

PMC Engineering

• At least a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 years old with good with good medical record clearance
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position AND min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position at least for 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• 7+ years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Lead Process Engineer in main unit in in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, RFCC, Revamp, Utilities and/or Underwater.
• Has Experience in Performing Coordination with Client and Construction Site on Process Issues in ISBL & OSBL Process Unit, Utilities and Underwater
• Has extensive experience in project management of multi-discipline projects including Joint Venture operation and multi-international engineering for EPCC lump-sum and reimbursable projects
• Has experience in HSSE management system
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Engineering projects with high quality and client satisfaction
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of ISBL and OSBL unit integration & interface.

• Experienced in Process Engineering for Alky, WSA, DHT
• Experienced in Process Engineering for Amine, Sat Gas, SWS, Caustic
• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• Has minimum 5 (five) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as Process Engineer in main unit in refinery ISBL Non Licensed Unit (i.e. CDU, SWS, WWTP, Amine Regeneration, etc.)

Position Title: Static Equipment Engineer

• Has experience as Equipment Engineer especially for Major Process Equipment such as Reactor/Regenerator, Large Column, Steam Boiler

• Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has a wide range of experience in the Instrument/Control engineering with specific in design and planning for Instrument/Control especially for RFCC, hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)

• Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
• At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases
• be able to create estimating data bases from bids
• has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.
• Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.
• Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.

Position Title: Assistant Manager Change Management

• HAZID (Hazard Identification) study
• HAZOP (Hazards & Operability) study
• Fire Risk Analysis / Explosion Analysis
• SIL(Safety Integrity Level) Study
• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
• Has experience in performing QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and Project QA Audit in OSBL Process Units
