Position Title: Project Accountant
Jakarta 12 months

 

• Max. 3 years as Account Payable
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• Experienced in SAP

 

Position Title: Senior Structure Engineer
Jakarta 28 months
Balikpapan 28 months

1. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
2. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
5. Has a wide range of experience in the structural engineering design including concrete structure design, steel structure design, building structure and foundations for large or heavy equipment and 3D design using PDS are applied for all the structures.
6. Has experience to developed structure design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the structure design activities through the project execution.
7. Has Experience in Jetty, soil improvement design and equipment foundation design.

Position Title: Rotating Engineer - Resident Engineering

1. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
5. Has a wide range of experience in the Rotating engineering with specific in design and planning for Rotating Equipment of RFCC project and License Unit Plant , include Main Air Blower & Expander for RFCC plant, Large Steam Turbine and Compressors
6. Has experience to develop Rotating design basis , conceptual design of Rotating Equipment and standard drawings and controlled all the Rotating design activities through the project execution.
7. Has Experience in Major Rotating Equipment system design.
8. Has Experience as Senior Rotating Engineer
9. Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,

Position Title: Stationary Engineer - Resident Engineering

3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

5. Has experience as Piping Engineer especially for developing systems of piping stress & vibration analysis in in piping engineering & design.
6. Has Experience in in the design and specification of piping including piping routing, sizing, piping plan/layout, isometric , 3D drawing, pipe support, Line desingnation Table (LDT), materials selection, corrosion protection, installation and tie-in procedures, hazard analysis and environmental considerations
7. Has Experience as Senior Piping Engineer
8. Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as,
   • American Petroleum Institute (API)
   • American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
   • American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
   • American Welding Society (AWE)
   • National association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
   • American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)

Position Title: Electrical Engineer - Resident Engineering
Jakarta 3months

1. At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old
3. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
4. Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
5. Has professional certificate of competency in electrical power system
6. Has a wide range of experience in the Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Power
7. Has experience to developed Electrical design basis , conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the Electrical design activities through the project execution.
8. Has Experience in Electrical Distribution System including an integrated electrical power management system.
9. Has Experience as Lead Electrical Engineer

1. At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
2. Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).
3. At least minimum 10 (ten) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
4. Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
5. Has been principal engineer responsible for risk management on similar projects.
6. Able to apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
7. Capable to complete change management assessments and able to apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
8. Capable to identify and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan manage anticipated resistance
9. Capable to track and report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
