Dispatch Engineer (BUMA - XII - 003)
HO Jakarta

Requirements

• At Least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have experienced with any Fleet Management Systems (JigSaw, Dispatch-Modular, MineStar, etc. )
• Having experience to lead a team and have a good communication skill with diverse people, especially people at mining operations.
• Engineering Degree preferred from Mining/ Geology/ IT/ Industrial
• Good analytical skill & problem solving skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Strong reporting and technical writing
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes, Mining Operation Optimization and Engineering
• Has understanding on Mining Engineering knowledge, Direct Cost Control Concept and Technology
• Excellent computer skill in Miscrosoft environment and other related applications, especially in sql database, report preparation and presentation
• Good customer service and team work
• Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment of the Fleet Management System.
• Plan, control and evaluate improvement in Fleet management systems so they can be completed on schedule.
• Deliver and implement daily or shiftly mine planning from engineering to operation production.
• Develop standardization procedures in Fleet Management System operational processes both in terms of standardization of hardware installation, operational dispatcher standardization, and standardization of communication in the production process.
• Manage the collecting and recording of fleet activity, analyse, take corrective action and report the performance.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly production & cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports.
• Periodically evaluate, improve, develop and audit Fleet Management System software to support dispatchers operational performance at the site.
• Responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets.

Ensure strong disciplinary procedures are enforced and followed consistently, assist to manage the operations manpower and make sure the right people are in the right places doing the right things.
