We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

 

QA/QC ENGINEER (SOIL & CONCRETE)
(Assignment: Lampunut Site, Kalimantan Tengah)

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
  • Minimum 3 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation, especially in SOIL& CONCRETE
  • Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
  • Thorough understanding for Document Management System
  • Work extended hours to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Execute guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective
  • Execute, monitor, and improve QA/QC aspects
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned
  • Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related
  • Initiate feedback for improvement of QA/QC reports and status
  • Perform and observe in timely manner for QA/QC products
  • Involve in construction stage methodology along with utilizing QA/QC knowledge to conclude proper construction works
  • Maintain documentation properly manage in accordance with documents deliverable structure

RISK MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

Support the Corporate Commercial and Risk manager for all aspects of the risk management program.

Responsibilities include facilitating the identification and implementation of risks management and loss prevention throughout Petrosea, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in related field
  • Have min. 5 years experiences in or knowledge of the Oil & Gas and/or Engineering and Construction industry and/or Mining industry is an advantage
  • Preferably having knowledge of the Engineering and construction industry and the mining industry
  • Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process & activities
  • Hold certification in the Risk Management area
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Championing the establishment of ERM and maintaining & developing the ERM framework
  • Coordinates ERM activities, facilitates the identification and evaluation of risks, and coaches relevant personnel in responding to risks
  • Organize appropriate risk reporting. Consolidates the reporting of risks
  • Evaluates ERM process, and provides assurance that the risks are correctly evaluated
  • Monitor, evaluate and challenge Company success in managing its risks. Recommend improvements to the ERM system
  • Oversee, and in some areas implement, the plan of risk control actions
  • As custodian of Risk Management process, perform all necessary tasks to ensure that ERM is functioning properly

SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Assignment: Site Based, Central Kalimantan)

Review, monitor, and control the implementation of contract’s scope of work and technical specifications (PRE-CONTRACT AWARD), preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimise any exposure to risk for company (POST-CONTRACT AWARD).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 4 years experiences dealing with contract
  • Possess strong analytical thinking skill
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
  • Requires traveling to Project Site as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse all contracts/agreement giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s Contracting Principles
  • Assist Project Control Superintendent in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position
  • Resolve contractual issues with Client/Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support
  • Analyse and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement
  • Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, Client and Company follow the coractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary osts or penalties
  • Prepare contractual correspondence to the Client/Vendor
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs include ensuring the effectiveness of the program conforms to official standard and requirements.

 

SENIOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

Conduct investigation and provide analysis of reliability problems, and propose recommendation/ alternatives to determine the required maintenance strategy approach for particular situations with consideration given to effective and optimum cost in within acceptable target of equipment availability, maintainability and reliability; and ensuring it is complied with customer demands and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineer most preferred
  • Having minimum 5 years experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy
  • Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment & Maintenance operation
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Reliability and Maintainability Methodology & Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis
  • Strong knowledge Cost and Capital Engineering
  • Experience/Familiar using ERP program, SAP-PM most preferred
  • Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis
  • Good English (Verbal and Written)

Responsibilities:

  • Support HSE programs and environmental management system to ensure the programs conform to the quality standards, and statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Acquires and analyses problem data from field studies or database and correlates the data for analysis using well-defined engineering techniques, principles and procedures, it will be result in effective maintenance strategy recommendation
  • Tracking the equipment performance losses and abnormally high maintenance cost, execute the implementation of maintenance strategy and provide recommendation to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the recommendation and facilitates the implementation
  • Using proven reliability analysis tools to manage risk and propose mitigation plan to the achievement of an organization’s equipment strategic and policy in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, and equipment performance
  • Determines cost advantages of alternatives and propose action plans for prevent the failure that comply with business line requirements for reliable of equipment
  • Attend OEM regular meeting, conducting prior review and analysis with regard to new maintenance strategy recommendation, service bulletin and failure analysis report

SYSTEM ENGINEER (SAP PM)
(Assignment: Head Office)

Responsible in monitor, control, and maintaining data and information in CMMS and Asset Management Portal keeping update and accurate; Optimizing CMMS feature function which is meet with Asset Management Operation Requirement. Familiar using SAP PM program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering or D3/D4 Mechanical
  • Minimum 3 year experiences for asset management operations
  • Strong knowledge and concept for Asset Management Operation
  • Experience as CMMS/EAM Administrator
  • Experience/Familiar using EAM / CMMS program, SAP PM, Infor EAM most preferred
  • Strong knowledge and concept for Asset Management Operation

BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER (MINING)
(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)

To provide multivariate data analysis using standard and defined CI methodologies; Provide Control over the preparation, execution and establish timely comprehensive project reports related to all Improvement Initiatives within Asset Management Group.

Requirement:

  • Min. D3 degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 1 year experiences in Mobile and Plant Maintenance in Mining Industry and/or completing Petrosea GDP Program
  • Has exposure in CI tools for Best Practice Management (6sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Has knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
  • Has experience in Equipment Health and Machine Application tools (SOS, TPMS, VIMS, ET, FPO, VHMS, INSITE, MIC, etc.)
  • Has experience in analysing multivariate technical data resources and generating technical reports
  • Has experience in analysis of costs on improvement and modification projects
  • Highly competent computer skill in Microsoft environment (incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Is highly competent in generating reports for regular and management review; action plan presentation
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

Responsibility:

  • Support HSE programs and the Environmental management system to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards and requirements
  • Provide multivariate technical data analysis from various resources using available CI Tool concepts (6Sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Establish regular reports regarding to work in progress, action plans, and outcome results of continuous improvement initiative programs
  • Maintain and keep proper documentations of all CI Initiative Projects in an available system accessible by all functions across Asset Management, as technical and management reference
  • Provide technical assistance in system development related to CI and align with engineering designs and drawings of any modification on facilities and equipment
  • Participate in regular meetings with OEM Vendors and industry network peers to keep up to date with the latest information and possible initiatives for asset reliability and cost saving projects, as well as to establish better CI culture within the company.

 

COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT MINING
(Assignment: Tabang Site, Kalimantan)

Provide commercial/contracts management expertise to Management and clients; to review, analyze and administer various contract document, including the definition/s of scope of work, identification of both parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract conditions; to ensure that the project requirements are adequately delivered to the Client and Company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties and in order to enhance Company’s effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimizing such risk in commercial/contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Min. 5 years experiences in sub contract / commercial
  • Requires travel to Project Locations as required
  • Client and Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits (if needed)
  • Interface with commercial/legal service providers
  • Audits investigations
  • Must be diligent, reliable, and able to respond to difficult task whenever the need arises.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the pricing proposal prepared by BD Officer and Contract Engineer and giving input to General Manager regarding the contract composition and any qualification required
  • Review and to ensure the risk assessment for new project are prepared and maintain until the completion of the contract period
  • Review draft agreements prepared by Contract Engineer and to advise any modification needed to be compliance with PTRO contracting principle. And to ensure that agreed Scope Of Work is clearly defined and included in the draft
  • Ensure contract implementation are monitored and controlled, that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties – if any
  • Review and or prepare formal letters/ recommendation / resolution for regular commercial and contractual issues involving the clients and to attend to meetings with contractual nature and uphold the project’s objectives at all times
  • Ensure all variations and claims are properly managed and monitored until final settlement
  • Ensure contract filing systems are maintain, both in hard copy and electronic copy in order to ensure all contract document are well managed and administered in accordance with Petrosea procedures
  • Ensure validity of each contract is monitored; include the 90days prior expiry notification and the action taken
  • Collaboration with corporate legal, to develop standard set of term and condition for each contract type, in dual language
  • Conduct appraisal and develop staff development, as per yearly training and development plan
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SUPERINTENDENT ASSET
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

To provide expertise in the areas of Maintenance Strategies and Implementation across Asset Management, including but not limited to Equipment KPI review and Best Practice initiatives; To provide expertise in Eqp Selection & Modification works with Asset Engineering and related OEM; Actively participate in official forums both internally and externally involving CI and Best Practice Initiatives to contribute in development of CI culture within Asset Management Group.

Requirements:

  • Min. S1 degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with 5-8 years exp. in Mobile and Plant Maintenance in Mining Industry
  • Has extended knowledge in CI tool for Best Practice Management (6sigma, RCM, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Has extended knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
  • Has extended experience in Equipment Health and Machine Application tools (SOS, TPMS, VIMS, ET, FPO, VHMS, INSITE, MIC, etc.)

  • Contribute and provide technical assistance in terms of Equipment Selection and Modification Works (work with Business Lines, Asset Engineering, OEM)

DISPATCH FMS ENGINEER
(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)

Monitor and supervise production activities an effective fleet management system by analyze and investigate reason for failure to comply with productivity target using the selected system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 5 years experiences
  • Min 2 (two) years’ experience as a Mining Engineer or Foreman/Supervisor especially with experience running Fleet Management System
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
  • Good analytical skill & problem solving skill
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Strong reporting and technical writing
  • Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications, especially in report preparation and presentation

  • Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems

  • Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target
  • Analyze and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution

ASSET ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) e.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc., which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (min. 5 yrs)
  • Min. 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site
  • Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
  • Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written
  • Willing to travel to site in remote area
  • Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment)
  • Prepare & maintain LCC (life Cycle Cost) to provide realistic LCC
  • Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness
  • Prepare analysis on asset actual performance
  • Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk
  • Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget
  • Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy
  • Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment
  • Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Enviromental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.

 

DISPATCH IT
(Assignment: Site Based, Kalimantan)

Perform routine maintenance, hardware installation, and network monitoring to make FMS system running well.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor degree in Information Technology, bachelor degree are preferable
  • Min 4 (four) years previous experience in Electrical/Instrumental process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System
  • Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology
  • Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Strong reporting and technical writing
  • Good customer service and team work
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Willing to be based on project sites and work in shift
  • Willing to provide 24/7 on call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installation, testing, programming and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well
  • Investigate and analyze hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensors and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficacy
  • Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher and ICT Indika Head Office
  • Design and manage Wireless Radio Communication systems to support communication at entire site
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE program including Environmental Management System to ensure the programs conform to official standard and requirements

 

DRILL & BLAST MANAGER
(Assignment: Head Office)

Direct and lead drill & blast operation activities to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with Company’s Policy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
  • Minimum 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting
  • Min of 5 years supervisory experience in mining production and drill and blast engineering
  • Hold POP Competency
  • Must have a strong understanding of open cut mining equipment and mining techniques
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
  • Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting
  • Work hard and willingness to stay at job site

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control management and supervision of Drill and Blast contractor crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace with a strong focus on safety improvement and quality assurance
  • Ensure that suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations are implemented
  • Assist in developing improvements to the drilling and blasting methods
  • Developing drill & blast designs & schedules
  • Improving operational effectiveness of the drill & blast department
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting drill & blast results
  • Responsible for driving production forwards and interfacing between production, planning and operations
  • Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner
  • Coordinate blast activities; lead, train and mentor blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed
  • Monitor drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel
  • Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld
  • Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

EARTHWORK FOREMAN
(Assignment: Site Based, Central Kalimantan)

Perform all earthwork activities for maintenance and new works all areas in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

Requirements:

  • Min. High School, preferably with Civil Earthwork background.
  • Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in EARTHWORKS and ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS.
  • Good communication skill to internal and external
  • Able to communicate verbally in English
  • Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
  • Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

Responsibilities:

  • Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list.
  • Proactively to have a positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting.
  • Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & Safety issues finding.
  • Enforce to riggers to consistently checking lifting tools and ensure it is has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
  • Rejecting any lifting equipments which do not comply with offshore standard requirements.
  • Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
  • Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed when required.
  • Ensure all of control stated in the JHA and/or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
  • Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials as per WI/Procedures.
  • Providing the rigger/operator prior to starting the job with appropriate PPE.
  • Ensure all rigger, operator and signalman have been traineed and certified on equipment being used.
  • Ensure all person involved in the job has been received socialization of Appropriate JHA and SOP prior to work executed.
  • Accurately record all equipment and labour hours.
  • Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
  • Assist supervisor to supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities.
  • Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets.
  • Work with supervisor to arrange operator / rigger manpower.
  • Lead on attendance and time keeping.
  • Distribute office information to operator / rigger.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
  • Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability.
  • Ensure equipment is not operated with a known defect that is or could be detrimental to safe operation.

HSE TRAINING SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Site Based, Central Kalimantan)

Develop, deliver, measure and evaluate HSE Technical Training program and its implementation to ensure that personnel’s Health/Safety knowledge & work practices in compliance with PTP HSE policies, Government regulation, and other legal requirements, through involvement of HSE site teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-years experienced trainer in HSE implementation at high risk mining & construction industries.
  • Preferably 3 years minimum experienced HSE officer/coordinator in Mining & Construction.
  • Preferably Certificate IV TAE, ToT, AK3, POP and POM certified from goverment.
  • Good knowledge of Accident prevention & investigation, Risk Assessment, HSE procedures, Audit process, Emergency Response and Rescue, First Aid and other controls of incident loss.
  • Computer literacy (e.g. standard MS. Office & database).
  • Good Leadership, presentation/assessment skills and English communication in verbal and writing.
  • Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face training of HSE training programs as per plan/request of proper notice.
  • Develop, conduct and review HSE training modules and assessments tools, in order to maintain the training quality for all business lines and different project/sites.
  • Develop & review HSE TNA, training matrix, Training Plan and Schedules –including improvement and analysis impacts of HSE Training.
  • Develop, review and implement PTP Training/Assessment procedures to ensure implementations of site HSE training in accordance with best practices at project sites.
  • Review, analyse and coordinate HSE site training activities plan/schedule and ensure effective training plan actualization.
  • Improve practices/updates of training activities from project sites through online reporting services on Petrosea technical training database application.
  • Develop/review then submit weekly/monthly training report/plan to the HSE Training Superintendent within an agreed period of reporting.
  • Practice continuous improvement by improving HSE training processes and PTP procedures.
  • Lead by example and have a proactive approach to HSE issues in order to provide influence in HSE awareness amongst employees –including implementation of POST PTP HSE programs.
  • Assist HSE Training superintendent and Technical training manager in certain tasks from support of internal and external resources to achieve targeted business performance.

 

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
(Assignment: Head Office/Site Based)

Maintain the day-to-day operations and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Work Flexible hours to accommodate the Job requirements
  • Min. 4 years previous experiences as Maintenance Engineer
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Engineering

  • Review existing preventive maintenance job and set up requirement for each preventive management job

  • Work scheduling of maintenance activities

MINING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: KJA Site, Kalimantan)

Monitor, control, and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
  • Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night)
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent team player and good analytical thinking
  • Good command in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Management Plan
  • Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan
  • Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance
  • Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilize unit)
  • Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations
  • Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team meetings
  • Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization
  • Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Min. 3 years previous experiences as Project Engineer especially in EARTHWORK/CAMP/BUILDING PROJECTS
  • Proven track record of performing a Project Engineers role in projects in the Mineral Sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce with the use of International Subcontractors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet with Project deadlines
  • Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
  • Requires multitasking capabilities (project engineering, scheduling, budgeting, etc)
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in preparation and implementation of PEP (Project Execution Plan).
  • Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculates time frames and sequences the stages of the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor or diploma degree Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan or Engineering
  • 7 (seven) years’ experience in HSE exposure
  • Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience
  • Conversant with OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001, Risk Management Knowledge, Incident Accident investigation process and Audit process
  • Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
