Financial Planning & Analysis Superintendent

(Jakarta Based)

Undertake overall financial planning, budget control and provide integrated financial analytics for the Company and its subsidiaries. Reports to Corporate Finance Manager.

Scope of work :

1. Builds and maintains a corporate financial model that details the entire group’ s operations and future performance;
2. Collect data from all departments to develop annual budgets for the Company and its subsidiaries. Ensure the alignment of budgets with the strategic financial plan;
3. Prepare monthly financial projections/ outlook for the Company and its subsidiaries;
4. Prepare consolidation of annual budgets and monthly financial projections for the Group;
5. Provide quantitative analysis of the Group’ s operational and financial performance;
6. Prepare a presentation deck for business performance review every month;
7. Perform budgetary control by verifying spending in the ERP system;
8. Prepare monthly budget variance analysis report;
9. Creating a project-specific financial model for capital budgeting purpose.

Qualification:

• Minimal S1 majoring in Accounting / Finance / Economics;
• Have experience in the same field at least 2 years and 5 years in the finance area;
• Have a good knowledge in consolidation concept and able to consolidate financial statements;
• Excellent in financial modelling;
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Power Point;
• Good analytical thinking and strategic finance concepts;
• Fluent in English both oral and written;
• Have a good time management, loyalty, meticulous, and detail;
• Preferably able to operate SAP-FICO and SAP-BPC;
• Preferably has experience in the mining industry;
• Preferably holding professional certificates such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

 

Accounting Supervisor

(Jakarta Based)

Record the financial of companies and subsidiaries to support the preparation of corporate financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.

Scope of work :

1. Maintain accounting controls by defining accounting policies and procedures
2. Recording and calculating fixed assets including stock carrying operations to ensure availability of Asset Management data management in accordance with the Company’ s requirements and applicable SOPs
3. In charge of monthly financial report, year end closing and annual audit
4. Verified and posting daily journal transaction

Qualification:

• Minimal S1 majoring in Accounting;
• Have experience in the same field at least 5 years
• Have a good knowledge in consolidation concept and able to consolidate financial statements;
• Good knowledge in Indonesian tax regulation (held Brevet A.B)
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Power Point;
• Fluent in English both oral and written;
• Have a good time management, loyalty, meticulous, high motivation, fast learner, and detail;
• Preferably able to operate SAP
• Preferably has experience in the mining industry;
• Preferably held CMA or CPA and Chartered Accountant
