PT Agincourt Resources - Senior Tsf Engineer (Tsf 1810060)

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km².

 

The resource base on 31 December 2017 includes 8.8 Moz of gold and 72 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

 

PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 70% were recruited from local people.

To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

 

SENIOR TSF ENGINEER (TSF 1810060)

This position will be based in Martabe Site within TSF Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On : 2 weeks Off and reports directly to the Manager TSF Construction.

The Role of the Senior TSF Engineer is to support the operations and technical teams to ensure the TSF is constructed to design compliance through management of the soils and or concrete lab equipment and consumables and training of Junior Engineers/Engineers/Supervisor in the correcting testing procedures and geotechnical monitoring systems. The senior engineer will also be familiar with the construction schedule and track performance against plan, including the controls for AMD management and record keeping for materials placed. There will be a close liaison with the consulting engineer to ensure QA/QC testing meets objectives and construction specifications, with regular communications on progress and any non-compliance.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience on earthwork construction.
2. Have Certificate in Civil Engineering, BSc, majoring in geotechnical engineering.
3. Membership of Geotechnical Engineering Association.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience as senior geotechnical engineer and very familiar with soil lab operational including monitoring instrumentations.
5. Have Certificate as Professional Engineer from reputable institution (IPM).v6. Have Certified as POP.
6. Have Certified in Soil Lab.
7. Good communicator and Proactive in safety.
