PT Summit Niaga is the subsidiary company of Sumitomo Corporation. We are a leading IPP player in the world with cumulative power generation asset in Indonesia up to 4.7 GW. Head office in Jakarta, currently we are looking for qualified staffs for the position as follows:

 

Staff / Senior Staff (Business Development)

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female max 35 years old.
  2. Graduated from University.
  3. Having work experience in Power Sector / Power Development / IPP company or other energy related sector (preferably who knows how to develop IPP Projects / Business Development experience) at least 3 years’ experiences, and 5 years’ experience above is preferable.
  4. Experience to deal with the government institution such as PLN, Pertamina, Dirjen Ketenagalistrikan (DJK), ESDM or similar government institution.
  5. Must be familiar with government regulation related with the Power Sector / Power Development.
  6. Honest, trustworthy, positive working attitude, discipline, diligent, responsible and strong commitment.
  7. Good manner and personality, good communication skills and negotiation skills, high integrity and good attitude towards comments and critics.
  8. Fluent in English both in written and spoken.
  9. Possess ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment and tight deadline.
  10. Able to work independently with limit supervision and also in a team environment.
  11. Placement in Head Office – Summitmas Building I, 15th Floor Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 61-62- Jakarta Selatan.

 

HRGA Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  1. Male / Female max 40 years old.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Management / Law / Administration / Psychology.
  3. Having work experience in HRGA Department (Power Sector / Power Development / IPP company or other energy related sector at least 10 year’s experiences above is preferable).
  4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  5. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  6. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  7. Develop training and development programs, to arrange and record Training activity of the employees.
  8. Assist in performance management processes (KPI / Performance Management System).
  9. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  10. Maintain employee records (e.g. record annual leave, sick leave or maternity leave) according to company regulation.
  11. Review employment and working conditions.
  12. Revise company regulations / CLA, if there is any.
  13. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, rental car, visa agent and ensure legal compliance.
  14. Experience in handling Payroll System and PPH 21 (income tax) more preferred.
  15. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  16. To record and monitor fixed assets including newly procurement asset and disposal asset.
  17. Must be familiar with government regulation related with License and Permit.
