1. COAL AND MINERAL MINING SITE MANAGER

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation projec
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia

 

2. MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar in mine planning and survey related software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Map info, Autocad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Willing to travel or be located at Sumatera, Kalimantan area, and all around Indonesia

 

3. PIT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring & Evaluation of daily production progress.
• Pit Service: pumping, draining, dust control, road maintenance(hauling road, bridge, ditch), drainage & dewatering systems, and mine tidiness (final slope, bench), mud cleaning, mine lighting (tower lamp)
• Maintain quality and quantity of coal in accordance with Planning and Target.
• PIT Monitoring and Observation (Coal and OB)
• Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
• Make data support for internal reporting and even external.
• Comply with and implement Safety, Health and Environmental (K3LH) policies and procedures in the work environment

Requirements:

• Candidate must be minimum in Bachelor Degree Mine Engineering, Geology, Civil, or Geodecy.
• At least least having 2 years of working experience in production mining
• Has knowledge and familiar in mine planning and survey related software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Map info, Autocad.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia

 

4. HEAVY EQUIPMENTS & DUMP TRUCKS MECHANIC/ WELDER / ELECTRICIAN

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least STM/SLTA degree or equivalen
• Have min. 2 years job experienced
• Preferable has sound knowledge in the same position in handling dump truck and heavy equipment
• Has understanding and knowledge in handling trouble shoting, overhaul and unit maintenance
• Able to read parts catalogue
• Has knowledge of unit component and electricity
• Has capability to analyze troble shouting
• Has a good and strong of mental and health
• Able to work at high pressure to achieve the target
• Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia

 

5. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR/ SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
• Analyze the total needs of goods and supplies, procurement, and delivery of daily necessities for each item can be adjusted efficiently, effectively and on time.
• Develop a logistical budget and maintain operational activities efficiently and effectively according to the allocated budget.
• Carry out revenue administration, make Proof of Entry (BBM) goods according to purchase orders (PO) and travel documents.
• Regulate, issue goods and make daily transaction reports: preparatory status reports, goods transaction reports, goods items, goods processing statistics, inventory control calculation reports.
• Make daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports.
• Able to become a leader and be responsible for subordinates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Good communication skills
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia

 

6. SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• Periodic surveys of quarrying progress of both overburden and hard rock/metalliferous/ coal/iron ore reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in hard rock/metalliferous/coal/iron ore mining.
• Prepare detailed surveys of mine operation.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:

• Min SMK Surveyor or Mining, or D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum within 2 years experience in coal & mineral mining.
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software such as Minescape, Surpac, Mapinfo, Auto cad
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia

 

7. FOREMAN MINING PRODUCTION & OPERATIONAL

Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and supervise all activities technical in coal and mineral operation project with a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)

Requirements:

• Min. Senior High school/STM Tambang, D3 Mining.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in coal and mineral operation project.
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity.
• Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment.
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia

 

8. MECHANICAL PLANNER ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Make maintenance schedulers and maintenance plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) in performing preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all equipment in operations - include heavy equipment and supporting equipment
• Managing all documentation related
• Set up maintenance strategy, maintenance plans, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure availability level of mining equipment and facilities are optimized and productivity is maximized.
• Develop project parts warehousing systems to improve overall maintenance practice.
• Audit all maintenance activities on mining projects.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experiences in related position, in mining industry.
• Certified “POP” Mining Indonesia will be an advantage.
• Good in analytical, reporting and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia

 

9. HEAD OF MINING PRODUCTION

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project

Requirements:

• Min Senior High School / Diploma degree from any majoring
• 2 - 5 years experience as a Heavy Equipment trainer/instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Willing to travel and be located in remote area all around Indonesia
