MECHANICAL REBUILD FITTER (PRO 1809056) PT AGiNCOURT RESOURCES

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km².

The resource base on 31 December 2017 includes 8.8 Moz of gold and 72 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages more than 2,600 employees and contractors, with approximately 98% Indonesians, of which more than 70% were recruited from local people.

To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

MECHANICAL REBUILD FITTER (PRO 1809056)

This position will be based in Martabe Site within Processing Maintenance Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On : 2 weeks Off and reports directly to the Supervisor Mechanical Rebuild.

The purpose of Mechanical Rebuild Fitter is for the extra workload of component rebuilds accruing in the mechanical department. This role is for a specialist who can has rebuild experience in process plant mechanical items such as gearboxes, pumps, valves, machining skills to eliminate rework in the mechanical department.

The mechanical rebuild fitter is also required to assist equipment repair, replacement or installation in the field during plant shutdown.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:

1. Technical High School / Senior High School or Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 3 years or more experience with below equipment rebuilds:
   1. Gearbox
   2. Pumps & barrel
   3. Valves
   4. Jaw / Cone crushers components
   5. Pulleys & Plummer block
3. Have Specialist training in process plant equipment and Mechanical Trade Training.
4. Have Skill and experience to operate lathe.
5. Read technical drawing and equipment overhaul manual.
6. Having knowledge of general Rebuild shop equipment & tools.
7. Having knowledge of bearing & seals.
8. Having knowledge of steel fabrication.
9. Having knowledge and experience of SAG mill, Ball mill, Jaw crusher and Cone crusher operation.
