POSITION TITLE : BD ENGINEER - JKT

• Sales management skills in acquiring medium scale industrial projects
• Ability to develop and improve the sales pipeline, understanding the building blocks and what it takes to drive the sales
• 3 years’ work experience in Engineering and Project management consultancy firms. Fresh Graduate from engineering background welcome to apply
• Familiar with multi-disciplinary engineering and EPC projects in industrial sector (such as turbine, valve , wellhead or another equipment related oil & gas industry)
• Network and contacts with top companies in the process industry: O&G, chemical, nutrition & health.
• Fluent in English (oral & written)

 

POSITION TITLE : PROPOSAL ENGINEER - JKT

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as Proposal Engineer
• Past experience of similar nature in oil & gas Contracting Organization in EPCI and T&I business
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Description:

• Attend the Pre-Bid Meeting with Client
• Analyze the client’s administration requirement as stated in their Bid Documents
• Liaise with multi disciplines team for preparing the proposal
• Raise clarification for any unclear information from Clien. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to execution of project.
• Prepare / Review the preparation of the construction schedule, providing man-hours and equipment requirement for each activity and also ensure correctness to capture anticipated durations and manning.
• Assist management in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company.
• Ensures the Estimate Basis is “Current Costs” and escalation is properly covered. Wherever possible a good value of estimate contingencies to be captured.
• Ensure that Clients pricing and technical tender schedules are complete and accurate.
• Compile the final proposal for submission
• Attend the Submission Meeting with Client
• Handle the meeting for proposal clarification with Client (if any)
• Join the price negotiation meeting between management and Client
• Liaise with Legal and Finance to finalize the contract prior to project award
• Handle proposal handover once project award to operation team

 

POSITION TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER - JKT

 

• Should be well experienced in executing Capex projects for the Fiber, Chemical, and other auxiliary plants
• Previously worked in the same position title.
• Engineering Background
• Excellent Skill in Written English
• At least 20 Years’ Experience at O&G, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Fiber processing experience would be ideal but not a must.
• Mid October 2018.
• 6 months.

 

POSITION TITLE: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - JKT

• Previously worked in the same position title.
• Engineering Background
• Excellent Skill in Written English
• At least 15 Years’ Experience at O&G, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Fiber processing experience would be ideal but not a must.
• Mid October 2018.
• 6 months.

 

POSITION TITLE: LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - JKT

• Previously worked in the same position title.
• Engineering Background
• Excellent Skill in Written English
• At least 10 Years’ Experience at O&G, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Fiber processing experience would be ideal but not a must.
• Mid October 2018.
• 6 months.

 

POSITION TITLE: PROJECT CONTROL - JKT

 

• Previously worked in the same position title.
• Engineering Background
• Excellent Skill in Written English
• At least 5 Years’ Experience at O&G, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Fiber processing experience would be ideal but not a must.
• Mid October 2018.
• 6 months.

 

POSITION TITLE: OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANAGER - JKT

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/heavy mobile equipment’s, plant operation, safety and legal requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant commissioning, operation and maintenance especially in power plant or renewable energy.
• Have extensive experience in plant operational works with a capability in monitoring direct staff or subcontractors
• Have extensive experience in inventory control, procurement, report drafting and presentation, data analysis, warehouse and logistics management with a capability in monitoring direct staff or subcontractors
• Must be very organized and very good with recordkeeping.
• In-depth knowledge of managing financial aspect of plants.
• Experience working in power plant construction and operations is preferred.

 

POSITION TITLE : SUBCONTRACT ENGINEER - JKT

Basic Qualification : Engineering background (any discipline)
Past experience : Oil & Gas / Non Oil & Gas Project
Background : Procurement (Buyer) / Subcontract Engineer
Min Experience : 7-8 Years

Job Description :

• Understand the RFP requirement for the project for proposal and on-going project
• Co Ordinate with construction team for some clarification, if needed before sending to the subcontractors
• Attend Technical meeting with the construction team and subcontractors & also arrange the same with the subcontractors
• Expedite the technical clarifications confirmation, submission of the proposals & ensure the document provided by subcontractor is correct before sending to the subcontractor.
• Prepare commercial bid evaluation based on the best / technical acceptable subcontractor for the works.
• Negotiate the with the subcontractors
• Prepare the contract / SPK in SAP
• Expedite for the approvals, as and when needed.
• Prepare analysis for the tender projects for the subcontracting works (Like Civil works, Piping Works, etc).
• Understand the Terms and Conditions of the project & can develop General Terms & Conditions and Special Terms and Conditions as per the project meet in consultation with Legal / contracts department.
• Site visit, as and when needed for the issues if any arises at site
• Problem Solver under several situations at project
