HRGA OPERATIONAL SUPERINTENDENT
(Placement: Head Office Jakarta)

JOB PURPOSE

  • Coordination to the HRGA team in all projects related to HRGA operational activities in the field, including personnel, industrial relations, recruitment (non staff), training & development, social responsibility, and general affair to support the smooth operation of the company throughout the project.

MAIN TASKS

  • Coordinate and provide solutions to obstacles related to personnel operational activities in the project, including absenteeism issues, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, medical claims, leave arrangements, layoffs, mediation of employee coaching processes.
  • Coordinating and providing solution guidance to the HRGA Project Team related to the recruitment and selection process of non-staff employees in order to meet manpower needs based on the BOD-approved budget.
  • Coordinating and providing solutions to the HRGA Project team regarding obstacles to HR administrative tasks such as submitting employee requests, adding budget manpower, acting submissions / employee promotions, changing Point of Hire (POH), employee transfer, submitting changes in basic salary, submission Layoffs, both staff and non staff level.
  • Monitor and propose solutions to barriers from the implementation of social programs according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic development of local communities.
  • As an extension of Head Office to carry out industrial relations tasks, including internal and external conflict resolution, establish good relations with the muspika, the Manpower Office, trade unions, village government institutions, adat leaders, and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Human Resources /Law /Management with 2 years experience as HRGA Operational Superintendent in mining contractors with minimum total experience 7 years in HRGA.
  • Mastering all HRGA (HR Generalist) functions.
  • Has a good understanding of Goverment Labor Regulations, especially in mining industry.
  • Has CPHR certification is a plus.
  • Has excellence in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel).
  • Has a good communication & negotiation skill, able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be assigned to all our projects.

 

HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
(Placement : Head Office Jakarta)

JOB PURPOSE

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs according to company procedures and policies, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and budgeting costs.
  • Coordinating the Fresh Graduate Development Program, Fresh Trainee Operators, Fresh Trainee Mechanics / Electrician / Tire, Fresh Trainee Supply Chain starting from planning, recruitment, implementation, placement, monitoring to evaluation.

MAIN TASKS

  • Coordinate the creation of training need analysis (TNA) requirements that are relevant to employees per Department / Project through consultation with each Functional Manager / Project Manager, which is then outlined in the Annual Training Planning. This includes prioritizing training that is mandatory (mandatory) because of the position, requirements of the client, as well as the Occupational Safety Act, or other Government Regulations and assisting these departments in realizing training needs that have been formulated in the TNA.
  • Plan an annual budget for employee training per Department / Project, including estimated costs, number of participants, training providers, number of training days, and training execution plans.
  • Manage the implementation of all training activities and competency certification programs according to the needs of the company to ensure that employees meet the prescribed, documented standards, and improve the ability and performance of employees in accordance with job competencies and job descriptions.
  • Organize and coordinate with internal and external parties related to the implementation of training, including the place of implementation, lodging needs, transportation needed, and other needs so that training can run smoothly.
  • Develop employee competencies, including developing competency dictionaries, analyzing competencies with actual position holders’ abilities, and developing employee job descriptions and so on.
  • Planning an annual budget for Trainee recruitment and development (Fresh Operator Trainee / FTO, Fresh Mechanic Trainee / FTM) & Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP / FDDP).
  • Recruitment and monitoring the implementation of the FTO / FTM & FGDP / FDDP program in collaboration with all Projects and the Department of Operational Training Department / OTD during the training period of approximately 1 (one) year.
  • Coordinating and establishing good relations with relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Manpower, ESDM, Schools, Universities, in relation to employment, employee development, high school student internships, recruitment process for vocational students, etc. in order to create good cooperation with external parties guarantee the smooth operation of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor of Psychology Education, preferably a Psychology Master with 5 years experience in Training & Development in mining contracting companies.
  • Understand the concepts of training and development, especially concepts in the mining business sector.
  • Communicative and service-focused.
  • Able to operate computers well (Microsoft office).
  • Able to conduct psychological test administration, including making psychological recommendations.
