HSE / Paramedic Officer

Requirements

1. Male, Max. 40 years old
2. Min. Vocational High School (SMK), or above.
3. Experience min. 5 years in maintaining safety and health standards up to its law and procedures.
4. Able to work individually and in team.
5. Willing to be located at Kais, Sorong, Papua.
6. Full time position is available.

Job Description

• Ability to motivate employees to follow safe work practices through persuasive skills.
• Ensure that federal, state, and local laws, as well as client regulations, rules, and codes are observed.
• Assists in gathering and reporting information for recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
• Takes direction well, but acts when needed without direction.
• Assists in implementing drug free, gamble free, injury free workplace policy and procedures.
• Inspects and audits company jobsites and facilities, and recommends corrective action or additional precautions to ensure compliance.
• Ability to identify hazards, preventive measures, and update Job Hazard Analyses Reports.
• Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, and that thorough Accident Investigations are completed as needed. Assists Foremen and Superintendents in developing and implementing corrective measures to prevent future incidents.
• Responds to emergency situations and participates in incident investigations with flexibility in work hours.
• Conducts Safety Briefings during site visits. Assist in the completion of Pre-Qualification Reports that regard safety qualifications for new contracts.
• Ability to work well with Company insurance broker and insurance company regarding accidents and their proper management.
• Ability to cope with job related stress including but not limited to deadlines, customer, supervisory and staff interactions, multi-tasking and high work volumes is required.
• assessing patients, providing emergency treatment and making diagnoses
• monitoring and administering medication, pain relief and intravenous infusions
• dressing wounds/injuries
• transporting patients to hospital and continuing to provide treatment while in transit
• providing hospital staff with patient information including condition and treatment
• helping provide patient care in hospitals and other medical facilities
• communicating effectively with patients and their relatives/friends
• teaching and training members of the public to use first aid techniques correctly

4. Jujur dan mampu bekerja secara independen.
5. Bersedia ditempatkan di Sorong – Papua barat.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Maintenance Planner, ADT, Exca, Motor Grader, Dump Truck, Light Vehicle)

Requirements

1. Male, Max. 40 years old
2. Min. Heavy Equipment Vocational High School (SMK Alat Berat)
3. Experience min. 2 years in repairing and maintenance of heavy equipment.
4. Able to work individually and in team.
5. Honest, responsible, and self-initiated.
6. Willing to be located at Batuah and Sambutan, Kalimantan Timur.

Job Description

• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
• Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.
• Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges.
• Schedule maintenance for industrial machines and equipment, and keep equipment service records.
• Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
• Assemble gear systems, and align frames and gears.
• Fit bearings to adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Weld or solder broken parts and structural members, using electric or gas welders and soldering tools.
• Clean parts by spraying them with grease solvent or immersing them in tanks of solvent.
• Adjust, maintain, and repair or replace subassemblies, such as transmissions and crawler heads, using hand tools, jacks, and cranes.
• Adjust and maintain industrial machinery, using control and regulating devices.
• Fabricate needed parts or items from sheet metal.
• Direct workers who are assembling or disassembling equipment or cleaning parts.
• monthly budgets and keeping detailed records.

 

Senior Audit Officer

Requirements

1. Male, Max. 35 years old
2. Min. Vocational High School (SMK), or above.
3. Experience min. 5 years in agronomy audit practice, the same position as above.
4. Able to work individually and in team.
5. Willing to work after hour and travel in an unprecedented length of time.
6. Willing to be located at Kalimantan Timur.
7. Full time position is available.

Job Description

• Advice and supervise best practice of technical and administrative work in agronomy.
• Maintain closed supervision to cost and budgeting of palm oil field operational.
• Assist in implementation of Standard Operational Procedure of palm oil field.
• Maintain neat and complete record of palm oil operational in standard form (word, excel, and visio).
• Ability to cope with job related stress including but not limited to deadlines, customer, supervisory and staff interactions, multi-tasking and high work volumes is required

 

Operator Alat Berat (Excavator, ADT)

Requirements

1. Laki-laki, maksimal 40 tahun
2. Pendidikan Min. SMK atau sederajat.
3. Berpengalaman min. 2 tahun dalam mengoperasikan alat berat. Terutama Artic DT dan Excavator.
4. Memiliki SIM B2 Umum.
5. Bersedia ditempatkan di Kutai Kartanegara

Job Description

• Mengoperasikan semua alat berat dengan cara yang aman dan efisien menurut perundangan, kebijakan dan prosedur yang berlaku.
• Melakukan cek terhadap keamanan dan pemeliharaan alat berat.
• Membersihkan alat berat sesuai jadwal.
• Memastikan alat berat di parker dengan aman.
• Memberitahukan foreman atau bagian perbaikan segala perawatan dan perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan sesegera mungkin.
• Terlibat dalam pemeliharaan rutin
• Mempraktikkan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.
• Memelihara segala apa yang ada di dalam alat berat.
