Position 1 – Segment Manager - ID66362862

Below position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:
We are now seeking a Segment Manager to join our team in Jakarta who will be responsible to create end user acceptance and specification within the target segment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement and review target segment strategy with country-specific action plan and achieve key targets for the segment in the specified market
  • Monitor market trend and recommend adjustment for the strategy and plan accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes
  • Communicate the end user value proposition for the target segment and support local sales organization to have an effective perception in the target segment
  • Create and implement the communication, promotion and training activities in the segment
  • Ensure that the major accounts in the segment are identified and prioritized; act as an account manager for one or more major accounts in the country
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the target segment

Requirement:
Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in power generation industry
  • Strong network in power generation market
  • Fluent in English

 

 

Position 2 – Product Marketing Manager – Products – ID65482969

Below position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:
We are now seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Indonesia who will be responsible to create, plan and ensure implementation of local product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value, proposition and positioning in accordance with global product marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure achievement of established target through oversight and definition of improvement action as needed
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant business units/product group
  • Coordinate opportunities across local division and local business units, and ensure profitable business growth in the domestic market
  • Create demand through technical promotion, provide solution and value base selling approach; implement business unit market pricing policy and provide product and technical support to sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work together with the order handling team and Logistics team to ensure operational efficiency on inventory and customer satisfaction on delivery
  • Implement compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and process related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization

Requirement:
Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor Degree in BA/BS Engineering (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing or similar role with strong knowledge in MV/LV products
  • International exposure or experience in a Multinational Company
  • Strong background in industries such as food and beverage, oil and gas, mining and data centers
  • Strong background in managing channels (distributors, retailers, e-commerce)

 

Position 3 – End user Sales Manager – ID65909630

Below position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

Job Description:
We are now seeking an End User Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta who will be responsible to plan and ensure execution of division, Business Unit or Product group sales strategy for assigned area, achieve both qualitative and quantitative target for product, system and services in a profitable way.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead, develop and coach sales organization, and exceed sales target through high performance in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create, plan and implement sales strategy, strategic sales and business development initiative in alignment with global sales strategy
  • Identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area and determine plans for acquisition and allocate resources
  • Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transaction, including leads, billing, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals
  • Support the development of strong relationship with key customers. Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers
  • Monitor client financial status and report any change regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams
  • Ensure the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed; coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies

Requirement:
Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor Degree in BA/BS Engineering (MBA preferred) and international exposure or experience in a multinational company
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in multiple industries such as oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturers
  • Have experience in develop strategies for pursuing opportunities at strategic customer/end users
  • Develop strategic executive relationships in the multi-industry in Indonesia, and Drive end-user preference for product lines to create sales in multi-industry
