HR MANAGER SITE

Sepuluh Sumber Anugerah old PT.INHWA Is One of Multinational Construction Company with core Bussines as EPC Contractor for Oil And Gas also Power Plant seeking a profesional for Possition for our project at CJP 2X1000MW BPI-SUMITOMO Batang Jawa Tengah.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Possesses experience in HRGA field minimum 8 years in EPC company for Oil & Gas (onshore) Project or Power Plant Project. 
• Having work experience in remote area is an advantage. 
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in Labor Regulation (UU 13/ 2013) and Industrial Relationship is a mandatory.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, General Affair, Recruitment.
• Has a good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Detail oriented and able to work under deadline. 
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people.
• Cheerful, attentive, and caring to others.
• Experience with HSE/ISO/OHSAS/CSMS
• Candidate must Have Lawyer Certificate.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a mandatory.
• experience working with expatriate and Multi etnic worker
• Willing to be assigned at Batang Jawa tengah PLTU 2X1000MW
