QA/QC ENGINEER (CIVIL)

(Assignment: Lampunut Project, Kalimantan Tengah)

Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
  • Min. 3 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution which, with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
  • Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation
  • Thorough understanding for Document Management System
  • Work extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Require to travel to site

Responsibilities:

  • Execute guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective
  • Execute, monitor, and improve QA/QC aspects

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

Supervise subordinate and supporting superior in monitoring, review and analyse factors that might impact organization which cover detailed financial analysis related to tenders, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact Company strategic business plan and creating & formulating ABP (Annual Business Plan), Reforecasting, MMR (Monthly Management Report), BSC (Balance Score Card) Report, and SBP (Strategic Business Plan).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematic
  • Holding Financial Certification (i.e. CFA) is an advantage
  • Min 5 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable
  • Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies
  • Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills and Excel
  • Excellent in power point (PPT), reporting and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide MMR (Monthly Management Reporting) and BSC (Balance Score Card) Report
  • Able to provide detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential investment and tender to identify business targets / opportunities
  • Support Manager/ supervisor in the annual budget process and prepare re-forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the Management activity and accurate
  • Support Manager/ supervisor in the preparation of 5 years SBP (Strategic Business Plan) and ensuring in line with Company’s Vision and Mission
  • Evaluate and analyse the financial implications of an investment/capex require internally and for Risk Management Committee
  • Sustain the development of the financial analysis process across Petrosea aimed at rationalizing costs and improving efficiencies including investee companies
  • Perform analysis which concerned with the influence of external market factors upon the organization, or for activities related to project evaluation, financial structuring, and investor interface
  • Support Manager/ supervisor in formulating the performance management system (strategy formulation, business priorities, BSC and identification of KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

SENIOR CIVIL ESTIMATOR

(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

To prepare detailed cost estimates the Company can have confidence in, all in accordance with Company procedures and accepted good practice for the industry. Actively assist the Estimating Team to continually enhance estimating procedures and processes. Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.

Requirement:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Min. 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator. Preferably has experience in Material Handling Works
  • May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea / Indika offices, partners offices etc.
  • Overtime working will be required from time to time
  • May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Tender Manager
  • May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project
  • Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera, Tecla, Helix

Responsibilities:

  • Review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
  • Investigate site before bid, identifying waste area, borrow area and dump sites and review detailed report of existing local conditions, available facilities and technical capabilities
  • Review and monitor Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information
  • Review and monitor that a comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Package is sent only to Company Approved Subcontractors for any “major subcontract” work. Terms and conditions of the Subcontract Package must be back to back with the head contract. Comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Packages to be reviewed by all Division functional departments
  • Review and monitor Subcontractor responses are properly evaluated and the results tabulated on a Subcontractor Bid Evaluation spreadsheet
  • Analyze and recommend (with the Bid Manager and Lead Estimator) the “big ticket” items in the Estimate and proactively works on these with the bid team with a value added outcome as the aim
  • Analyze benchmarking productivities to be applied to the Estimate against recognized industry norms. The productivity uplift/discount shall be shown separately for each bill item in the estimate
  • Prepare evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company. R&O Matrix is to serve as the basis for estimating an appropriate contingency allowance for inclusion in the Cost Estimate
  • Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work; price work items
  • Review terms and conditions of subcontractor and vendor quotes; serve as a liaison with subcontractors and vendors during the bidding process.

 

SENIOR PLANNER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Plan, coordinate, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities in >6 months horizon pertaining to asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Requirements:

  • Min. Education & experience:
    • Min S1 Engineering with 7 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation & Planning, or
    • Min D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation & Planning, or
    • Min STM Mechanical with 15 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation and Mtc Planning
  • Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Program
  • Strong knowledge and concept for setting up Preventive Maintenance
  • Preferably to have on-hand experience in :
    • Work Planning and Scheduling
    • Maintenance Budgeting/Planning Cost
    • Maintenance Data and Task Analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, Reliability)
  • Excellent computer skill
  • Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
  • Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive and respecting other
  • Willing to work in Jakarta with extensive travel to project/sites in remote areas
  • Internal candidate (existing employee) with lower education background may be considered if having some proven experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide long term maintenance planning (>3 months) applied to all company asset (or at the moment is applied on heavy equipment in the company for Mining operation), release on time as per schedule complete with parts/component schedule and its budgeted cost/spend.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance (Mtc) Planning Superintendent, Mtc Planning Coordinator and Component Planning Coordinator to develop Long term (>3 months) maintenance planning schedules for multi purposes resources planning e.g. budgeting, parts & component planning, man power and tooling planning.
  • Coordinate with User (e.g. Mining) Engineering team (e.g. Mine Engineering Supt or Senior Mining Engineer) to build robust approach in preparing long term maintenance planning.
  • Coordinate with Asset Finance team in providing long term maintenance budgeting and meeting Corporate Finance need on finance-related forecasted data/cost in regard with Mtc operation.
  • Coordinate with Mtc System & Strategy section to identify and check the integrity of data, approach and current system capability to produce robust long term Mtc plan.
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to increase the plan accuracy and to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required.
  • Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Planning Manager in order to maintain data accuracy and improving the robustness of the approach in building-up the Long term Mtc plan.
  • Analyze in general the historical event/cost and provide information to Asset Engineering team on likely event to adjust based on data/fact.
  • Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts.
  • Support and advise Inventory Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

SENIOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office)

Conduct investigation and provide analysis of reliability problems, and propose recommendation/ alternatives to determine the required maintenance strategy approach for particular situations with consideration given to effective and optimum cost in within acceptable target of equipment availability, maintainability and reliability; and ensuring it is complied with customer demands and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineer most preferred
  • Having minimum 5 years experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy
  • Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment & Maintenance operation
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Reliability and Maintainability Methodology & Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis
  • Strong knowledge Cost and Capital Engineering
  • Experience/Familiar using ERP program, SAP-PM most preferred
  • Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis
  • Good English (Verbal and Written)
  • Willing to work in Jakarta with some travel to project/sites in remote areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HSE programs and environmental management system to ensure the programs conform to the quality standards, and statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Acquires and analyses problem data from field studies or database and correlates the data for analysis using well-defined engineering techniques, principles and procedures, it will be result in effective maintenance strategy recommendation
  • Tracking the equipment performance losses and abnormally high maintenance cost, execute the implementation of maintenance strategy and provide recommendation to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the recommendation and facilitates the implementation
  • Using proven reliability analysis tools to manage risk and propose mitigation plan to the achievement of an organization’s equipment strategic and policy in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, and equipment performance
  • Determines cost advantages of alternatives and propose action plans for prevent the failure that comply with business line requirements for reliable of equipment
  • Attend OEM regular meeting, conducting prior review and analysis with regard to new maintenance strategy recommendation, service bulletin and failure analysis report
  • Work collaboration with Engineering, Planning and CI team for providing recommendation with regard to effective and optimum of fleet configuration scenario to meet a corporate and business line requirement and competitive.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR

(Assignment: Head Office)

Maintain, monitor and review all environmental issue in company’s project locations to ensure that all company’s operation are harmless and harmonious with the environment conform with company’s HSE policies, government environmental regulation, ISO 14001:2004 Standard and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Required travelling to all company’s sites
  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in Environmental Engineer
  • ISO 14001 certified
  • Good communication / presentation skill
  • Willing to work outside office hour
  • Fluent in English
  • Min. 5 years experiences in Environmental
  • Attend Training or certification related environmental issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Coordinate and review form or procedure related Environmental into HSE MS to ensure all form and procedures are update, valid and in line with the current situations
  • Coordinate and manage license, permit and environmental legislation requirements to ensure all license required by legislation related to environmental aspect are complied
  • Coordinate with project HSE Superintendent in conducting environmental risk assessment/aspect impact (identified and evaluate environmental hazard) based on project operation (mining, engineering & construction, POSB)
  • Provide environmental programs calendar topic for Environmental issues and distribute to project site in order to promote Environmental awareness and training to Petrosea Employee
  • Coordinate timely report preparation for internal and external purposes such as environmental summary Monthly Report and regular report to government to ensure all reports are reliable and submitted in timely manner
  • Set up, manage, implement and continuous improvement the performance of ISO 14001 system in order to maintain and enhance the overall Environmental Management System
  • Coordinate regularly Environmental internal and external audit for all Project site Petrosea, follow up audit finding and develop gap analysis in order to develop, improve and monitor the implementation of Environmental Management Plan and other relevant environmental documentation for all Petrosea Project
  • Coordinating and monitor the performance of environmental activities such as Green House Gasses program for all sites with all management project for carbon trading and encouraging environmental awareness with other/ all departments
  • As request by Corporate HSE Superintendent to handle other Job as required for example OH/IH, emergency, Safety, and others
  • Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

 

INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICER

(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

Analyze financial information of the Company and other listed companies, preparing investor relations material & a quarterly newsletter, and to support the annual report preparation.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree graduated from reputable university, preferably in accounting or management Investment
  • Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good in English (written and verbal) is a must
  • Builds working relationships with the executive team and board members.
  • Communications and cooperation skills with all other departments within the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Identify those issues that are necessary to address in presentations of the company, and to inform management about these issues
  • Prepare and organize annual calendar of events to meet with the shareholders of the company, potential investors and regular meetings with analysts
  • Analyses market and other company data in order to inform management about investment & capital market

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma degree in Engineering
  • Min. 10 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor or related with commercial / project cost controller / cost planner
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials take off

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Monitor and supervise site mechanical activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform against quality that optimizes availability in order to support success of project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experiences in mechanical discipline, especially Rotating & Static
  • Possess broad knowledge in mechanical system
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill

Responsibilities:

  • Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment in the work area at all times; and ensure all store business work processes and activities are all done in safe works practices

MINE SURVEYOR

(Assignment: BMB Project)

Conducts surveys at surface and subsurface mine sites to implement mine design and obtain data used in planning mining operations including monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims align with company’s policies and rules.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering
  • Min. 2 years experiences as a Surveyor
  • Hold POP competency & Mine Surveying certificate (sertifikat juru ukur)
  • Competent in use of Ms. Office
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding leadership skill
  • Able to operate mining survey equipment
  • Willing to be placed in all project
  • May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and develop survey data and maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
  • Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
  • Collect acurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
  • Coordinate and liase with Engineering & Constructions Team to ensure that construction designs are being properly implemented in the field
  • Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
  • Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.
  • Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing mine planning and design support needed by the Estimator.
