PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (Company) was incorporated in 1990 and started its operations in coal trading activities. As it develops its business, the company continues to augment its capacity and improves its mining infrastructure for its subsidiary and to support operations in its mine sites. In 2011, the Company began to produce its own coal in the Production Operation Mining Permit (IUP OP) area, namely at Loa Janan, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

The Company then entered into strategic partnership with The Tata Power Limited, the largest integrated power company in India, in the following year, 2012. This cooperation was made to support the Company's mining infastructure development, which included improving loading conveyor and floating crane facilities and installing new crushers. This year also marked the Company's move to conduct its initial public offering at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with ticker code BSSR.

Our subsidiaries, PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM) owns coal Mining Business Permit based on Coal Mining Contract of Work (CCoW) 2nd generation with Mining areas of 22.433 Ha at Tapin, South Kalimantan. AGM started its production in 1999 and currently, the Company's shares ownership in AGM was 100% -1 share.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities :
Provide and evaluate mining plans to support achievement of yearly coal production, monitor contractor activity, create realization repots of mining sequences contractor.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 5 - 6 years of working experience as an planning engineer in mining industry
• Have knowledge in Mining Software like MineScape, Xpax, Minex
• Have knowledge in Good Mining Service and K3LH
• Have POP certificate will be advantage
• Fluent in English is a must
• Location based : 2 Position available to be placed in East Kalimantan (Loa Janan) and South Kalimantan (Tapin)
• Our site location is not in the remote area (near from the city), so you can bring your families closer.
• 8-2 Roster options only available for candidate outside East and South Kalimantan hire.

JR. MINE PLAN ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

MINING OPERATION SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supervising, controlling, and coordinating the implementation of mine operations in the drilling, blusting and production processes of contractors.
• Ensure the coal production meet target and mining process meet the required of Good Mining Practices standard.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor or Superintendent in mining industry.
• Have experience handle and supervise mining contractor to meet the target
• Minimum have POP certificate (have POM will be advantage)
• Have strong leadership and good communication skill
• Fluent in English is a must
• Location based : South Kalimantan (Tapin)

SURVEYOR

Responsibilities :

• Planning and execute operational land survey activities
• Analyze and control the implementation of land survey activities

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Geodetic Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 2 years of working experience as a surveyor in mining industry.
• Have knowledge in measurement instrument such as : Electronic Total Station (ETS), Waterpass, Geodetic GPS, GPS Navigation/Handheld.
• Have experience in Coordinate Calculation Program
• Understand the basic principles of survey and mapping.
• Have POP certificate will be advantage
• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
• Location based : South Kalimantan (Tapin)

CIVIL PLANNING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing the construction of the CAPEX and OPEX Projects in supporting mining operations.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
• Have min. 5 years of working experience as a civil planning in mining industry.
• Have knowledge in Engineering Software (Autocad)
• Have knowledge in Structure Calculation (Cremona, Sharp)
• Understand the basic principles of project management.
• Have POP certificate will be advantage
• Fluent in English is a must
• Location based : South Kalimantan (Tapin)
