Some of your duties will include:

  • To Assist Plant Manager / Supt to running daily office duties related with secretarial job
  • Effectively and efficient administration support to Plant Department

  • To monitor & report of Plant Machine Asset record
  • To arrange & manage all plant documentations are filing correctly & ease to found.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Minimum Senior High School or University Degree and minimum having 6 years of site experience;

PARAMEDIC - 925469

Some of your duties will include:

  • Develop and Implement Occupational Health at Site;
  • Providing medical Info for safety talk and notice board;
  • Monitoring and following up injury management, Rehabilitation and Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management;
  • Providing medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue Team; Conducting Training on medical first response and rescue to all team members;
  • Improving internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team;
  • Facilitating implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan.


What skills and experience do you need?

  • Nursing Academy; Minimum 2 years as First Aider; Training in fire & Rescue; BLS and ATLS; Hyperkes training. Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case; Understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities, OHS Regulations Statutory regulations.
  • The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong communication both of external and internal; proactive, initiative & innovative.

 

OFFICER CORPORATE COMMUNICATION - 926098

(JAKARTA)

Some of your duties will include:

  • To provide hands-on participation in the Corporate Communications team, use company information and directions provided to ensure clear and consistent delivery of messages to internal stakeholders across chosen communication channels.
  • Work with Corporate Communications Manager to increase Company brand equity.
  • Work with Corporate Communications Manager to develop internal communication deliverables.
  • Work with graphics to ensure a consistent Company look and message across all video and graphic output.
  • Work with other departments to ensure Company brand position is understood by various internal stakeholders within the organization that represent the Company.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide administer and execute the implementation of TCI employee health & medical program on site;
  • Liaise with external medical providers to ensure employees and their family are treated appropriately;
  • Act as Corporate Health Services representative on site;
  • Implement TCI Safety Management System, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits.


What skills and experience do you need?

  • You should have background Medical Doctor with minimum 5 years' experience in medical field preferably in similar role as a mining company doctor; Valid STR; Having Hiperkes certificate, valid ATLS & ACLS certificates; Become advantage if have MKK or MKKK qualification and Industrial hygienist certified;
  • Strong knowledge & skill in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Food Safety; Excellent in Medical Emergency Management (remote site); Up to date medical knowledge; Good understanding on Indonesia Medical System; Familiar in Information monitoring and database; Having good knowledge in health insurance;

EOI MANAGER TECHNICAL SERVICE - 926018

(JAKARTA HEAD OFFICE)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Plan, control, organize and coordinate all tasks related to the engineering and environmental activities, such as mine planning, geology, survey, mine rehabilitation activities, and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain a record of sound safety and environmental performance and management practice at all levels of operation as per Thiess standard.
  • Manage and Coach all subordinates to get maximum performance preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mine planning and reports.
  • Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor mining operation performance and to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Accountable to implementation of Project Management Plans, direction of production, management of external agents such as local community, local government, vendors and contractor;
  • To promote and maintain a safe workplace in order to ensure no incidents occur;
  • Implement and comply with the Contract between TCI and the client;
  • Implement and comply with the Contract between subcontractors and TCI;
  • Ensure the client's production requirements are met on a monthly basis by instigating: cycle time, haul road, equipment production and geotechnical studies; plans which maximize production capability safely and reduce re-work; implementing drainage, sedimentation and environmental plans; working areas are monitored on a daily basis to ensure equipment movement is not congested; drill and blast plans which increase fragmentation thus equipment productivity; meetings to ensure instructions are being received and understood by the people in the field;
  • Exceed the client's production requirements: by implementing plans which maximize equipment productivity; ensuring haul roads are properly drained and the severity index is minimized to preserve tire and equipment component life; minimizing the impact of water in the pit; reducing the amount of re-work; ensuring that there is a clear understanding of work requirements from the Pit Superintendents down to the operators - communication is of the up most importance; and ensure equipment utilization remains above 95% to maximize productivity;

Some of your duties will include:

  • To plan, co-ordinate and supervise OB stripping, coal mining and reclamation activity to achieve production target in a safe environment
  • Lead, organize and provide direction to employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
  • Co-ordinate and monitoring relevant sub-contractors
