Adaro Group with PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as its holding company is one of the biggest coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia, and is significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market. Adaro believes it is important for our people to have good characters to support our operations. Currently we’re looking for :


Compensation and Benefits Supervisor


  • Supervising the Payroll System and Payroll Records
  • Compute salaries, bonuses, benefits and deductions of all employees
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records
  • Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
  • Be responsible for timely incentive payments
  • Review and prepare the annual operation plan and HR budget based on existing compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensure all information registered into the system is accurate and updated (new joiners/department/designation/grade/leave management/ticket entitlement)
  • Ensure that all deductions and additional payments (including increments, commissions. bonuses) transactions are accurately applied to the salaries in a timely manner
  • Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data on HR systems
  • Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tabalong.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
