Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Project Coordinator in terms of making the IPP project timeline and resource requirements
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Feasibility Study process for IPP project
  • Evaluate the documents and data required by the team of Business Development & Projects Division
  • Make regular reports to the Project Coordinator regarding the current status of the IPP project
  • Evaluating the developmental stages of ongoing projects and provide a report to the Project Coordinator

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Finance, Business administration , Law
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in IPP Projects  (Coal Fired Power Plant will be an advantage
  • Have deep understanding of project management , experience in bidding project
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good leadership and managerial skills
  • Good command in English both oral and written



Job responsibilities

  • Managing and preparing all administrative purposes in the agenda, followed by director 
  • Preparing the entire agenda of activities pursued by the director as outlined in the Calendar of Events
  • Scheduling meetings / regular meetings as well as business travel that followed the Director
  • Prepare the agenda, presentation material, and the whole purpose of meeting required by the Director
  • Manage papers and documents the company in accordance with the applicable procedures, as well as ensuring that every letter / document in an up-to-date

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum 3 years related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
  • Have an ability of filling and administration management
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
  •   Good interpersonal and communication skill’s



Job responsibilities

  • Able to operate Autocad 2014 version.
  • Understand the drawing procedure for civil engineering work.
  • Understand the drawing material that related to civil engineer's work, such as road design, bridges, Box Culvert, grading, and other civil infrastructure. 
  • To draw the pieces of the product or structure according to the blueprint so that the image has equal scale with standard policies.
  • To draw the detail of product constructions or civil works according to the determined scale, so it has detailed explanation to the image or civil engineer drawings according to the policies.
  • To make filling system and make arcive folder of the images accordig to the project.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma III Majoring Civil Engineer from reputable university with GPA of 3.00.
  • Maximum working experience: 1 Year.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Basic level of Engineering and Technology skill.
  • Medium level of Design skill.
  • Medium level of Technical Drafting skill.



Job responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial models for Adaro Power’s projects
  • Support financing activities for AP’s projects, including devising workable financing plan
  • Perform and supervise Junior analyst in preparation of financial models for Adaro Power’s projects
  • Provide support on project development and implementation activities undertaken by AP
  • Lead preparation of risk analysis of AP’s projects for reporting to Board
  • Perform, supervise and train junior analysts in financial modelling and risk assessment
  • Preparation of board papers for decision and update

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance
  • Minimum 5  years’ experience as Project Financing position
  • Have deep understanding  of Financial Model, Loan Documentation
  • Good Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
  • Good command in English both oral and written
